Die Wohnung und das Grundstück sind in einem sehr schönen Zustand.Allerdings geht auf der Buchungsseite nicht hervor dass man sich dieses Grundstück mit drei weiteren Mietparteien teilen soll. Die Teilung selbst ist ebenfalls nicht definiert was zu Unbehagen bzw. zu Differenzen führt. Ebenfalls geht man laut Buchungsseite davon auf das man den Pool, da dieser als Privatpool beziffert (nur in den teils unter Pool als gemeinschaftspool benannt) auch Privat nutzen darf. Nun ja und wenn man die Hausregeln - Poolnutzung von 8-20 Uhr und keinerlei Schwimmringe mit in den Pool zu nehmen sind und natürlich nicht in diesen Pool zu springen ist. Diese erst im Haus erlesen darf finde ich, das diese zusatzregel sich auf der Buchungsseite wiederzufinden haben.Im Übrigen sollte man bei der Buchung mit Kinder von (6-12 Jahren) auch davon ausgehen das diese sich nicht immer wie Erwachsene benehmen. Hier wurde auf Rücksicht auf die anderen Mietparteien seitens der Besitzerin via Whatsapp hingewiesen.

Wunderschöner Urlaub im malerischen Bale

Wir waren mit einer befreundeten Familie (jeweils ein Teenager) in Anja und Gorans wunderschöner 2-stöckiger Ferienwohnung und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Zu beachten ist in dieser Konstellation, dass es ein großes offenes Schlafzimmer gibt (sh. Beschreibung) und 2 eher kleine. Eines davon hat keinen Kleiderschrank, dafür befinden sich mehrere Schränke im benachbarten offenen Schlafraum. Das große Bad ist im OG, das kleinere Bad im EG, beide sind modern und voll ausgestattet. Für eine größere Familie ist die Raumaufteilung prima - wir kamen damit auch gut zurecht. Auf der Terrasse der Wohnung war es uns meist zu heiß, am schattigen Tisch im "Chillbereich" war es für uns optimal. Das Haus ist modern und geschmackvoll eingerichtet, wir haben uns gleich wohl und willkommen gefühlt. Es fehlt an nichts. Wir hatten immer eine Ansprechpartnerin - vor Ort oder per WhatsApp. Super Kommunikation. Es wurde sich sofort um alles gekümmert. Der Außenbereich wird von den 4 Wohneinheiten gemeinsam genutzt - das hat bei uns alles bestens geklappt. In das Örtchen Bale haben wir uns alle sofort verliebt (auch die Kids!) und auch die Strände in der Nähe beim Campingplatz Mon Perin haben uns super gefallen und waren nie überlaufen. Ganz klare Empfehlung und gerne wieder!

Toller Familienurlaub

Bereits bei der Ankunft wurden wir sehr herzlich empfangen. Haus und Garten waren sehr schön, der Pool erfrischend. Wir hatten immer einen Ansprechpartner, für Fragen bezüglich Ferienwohnung und auch Essens- und Ausflugtipps. Danke für einen wunderschönen Urlaub liebe Anja und lieber Goran.

Lovely apartment

This is a lovely property. Immaculately clean and very stylish. Bale is incredibly beautiful and numerous restaurants and a shop are all within just a few minutes walk. Bit of a problem with communication as they only spoke German - Anja (who does speak great English) is not at the property. Some comments. You have to walk through the master bedroom to get to bedrooms 2 and 3 and the upstairs shower room. There is some screening but anyone in bed can be seen by other occupants. Not an issue for us as a family but if you were three couples it might be. Also bed 3 does not have air conditioning. We all struggled sleeping in the morning with the amount of light coming in through the gauze blinds. All in all though we really enjoyed our stay and would definitely recommend it!

Beautiful spacious modern apartment

We had a fantastic week staying in this wonderful apartment in the beautiful town of Bale. The apartment was spacious, sparklingly clean and had everything we needed for the 6 of us. The pool was fabulous and also very clean, and sharing it with a few other families was not an issue, everyone was very friendly and thoughtful of other guests. The pass to the camping site nearby - Mon Perin, with it's wonderful beaches, splash park and water sports, was a lovely surprise and we made very good use it, so thank you very much indeed! A short walk down the hill into Bale with it's lovely restaurants and a drive away from all the fantastic sights of Istria (and the airport), we couldn't have hoped for better. We will definitely recommend the apartment to others.

Super schöner und entspannter Urlaub

Wir(6 Freundinnen) hatten eine super schöne Woche im wunderschönen Örtchen Bale. Gleich bei der Ankunft sind wir sehr freundlich begrüßt wurden. Das Haus und das Grundstück mit Pool sind einfach unglaublich schön und super gepflegt! Sieht alles genau so aus wie auf den Bildern und wir waren von Anfang an soooo begeistert! Bei jeder Frage stand und Goran zur Seite. Supermärkte sind in 10 Minuten in Robinj zu erreichen, super schöne Stadt! Der Strand Bale ist sehr ruhig und wunder Wunder schön-auch hier hat Goran um alles gekümmert und uns Tipps und Hilfe gegen. Wir sind uns alle einig dass das nicht unser letzter Besuch dort war.
