This cosy holiday home is located in Klingberg, a district of the municipality of Scharbeutz, in a beautiful setting on the edge of the forest near Lake Pönitz.

The holiday home features 3 rooms spread across 96 square metres of living space, distributed over two floors. On the ground floor, you’ll find a spacious living room with a wood-burning stove (you’ll need to provide your own firewood), a sofa set, a flat-screen TV, a radio, and a cosy dining area.
The built-in kitchenette is fully equipped and also features a stove/oven combination, a dishwasher, and a refrigerator with a freezer compartment. There is also a guest bathroom on the ground floor. The partially covered patio features outdoor furniture and is perfect for relaxing outdoors.
On the upper floor, there are two separate bedrooms—one with a double bed and a single bed, as well as access to the loggia. The second bedroom has two single beds.
The upper level also features a modern, naturally lit bathroom with a toilet and shower. There is also a washing machine there.

Bicycle storage is available at the house. A parking space is available on the property.
Wi-Fi is not available here.
This is a non-smoking apartment. A well-behaved dog is most welcome! The apartment does not have Wi-Fi. By the way, there is a designated dog beach in Haffkrug. From October 1 to March 31 (
), you may take your dog to the beach along the entire coast!! In addition, the “Scharbeutzer Heide” is home to one of the largest fenced-in off-leash areas in all of northern Germany.
