At the "Apartmenthaus Atlantik," one of the most popular holiday complexes in Kühlungsborn, you'll find holiday apartments right on the beach. The 45-square-meter Upstalsboom 3 apartment, kbat212, with a balcony, sleeps up to 4 people and offers a magnificent view of the Baltic Sea.

This comfortable apartment is located on the 2nd floor on the north side of the complex—right on the beach and close to the marina in Kühlungsborn.

Amenities
The holiday apartment features two bedrooms—one with a double bed and the other with a bunk bed—an open-concept living-dining area with access to the balcony, and a bathroom with a shower, heated towel rack, hair dryer, and makeup mirror.
The apartment features a fully equipped open kitchen with an oven, dishwasher, and microwave. Other amenities include an iron with an ironing board, a safe, and a flat-screen TV with a DVD player. A small dining table and balcony furniture for 4 people round out the amenities of your holiday home on the Baltic Sea.

Special Features
This non-smoking holiday apartment is particularly allergy-friendly thanks to special mattresses and comforters—pets are not allowed.
You can rent dressing gowns for a fee upon request at our service office. The apartment complex offers free Wi-Fi access. The apartment includes an underground parking space in a double-parking system with a maximum weight capacity of 2,000 kg (max. clearance height 1.70 m, max. vehicle length 5 m, max. vehicle width 1.90 m) can be booked as an add-on upon request for an additional fee.
The “Apartmenthaus Atlantik” offers an lift, a coin-operated washing machine and dryer, and a lockable storage room for bicycles.

In accordance with our duty to inform, we would like to point out that an elevated level of Legionella bacteria was detected in the plumbing system of the Atlantik building (in an apartment on the 4th floor). As a precaution, special filters and showerheads have been installed in the apartments.
