Located on the 2nd floor of the apartment complex built in 2014, this holiday rental is almost directly adjacent to the Baltic Sea beach and the Binz pier.

This non-smoking apartment with free Wi-Fi features a bedroom with a double box-spring bed (1.80 m x 2.00 m), a living area with a double sofa bed (2 x 0.70 m x 2.00 m), an adjoining balcony, and a bathroom with a shower.
The exclusive interior also features a fully equipped open-concept kitchen with an electric kettle, coffee maker, and toaster, oven, microwave, dishwasher, and freezer compartment, a washing machine, a TV and stereo system with a flat-screen TV, a second TV in the bedroom, and a mini-safe.
