About this property

Cosy and very nice holiday home in a small French village

The house located in the quaint little place Cautet, not far from the beautiful Tuyet and 25 km from Aubenas. The environment is indeed developed for tourism, but allows one to escape the great mass tourism of OstardĂšche. There are excellent opportunities for hiking, to climb the famous 'Rocher d'Abraham', cycling, and cross-country skiing (in winter). The ArdĂšche, with inviting pools and swimming holes flowing in close proximity to the house.
The house has 2 bedrooms with a total. 6 beds, a large living room with kitchenette and wood-burning fireplace, brand new BaZi, shower, WaMa, separate WC, 2 terraces with a large built-in barbecue, very large garden with trees and many Mediterranean herbs, through fence / surrounded gate, so well suited for children. Just outside the house flows a small stream.

Wunderschönes Feriendomizil an der ArdÚche

Wir sind sehr glĂŒcklich, dass wir unseren Urlaub in diesem HĂ€uschen in Cautet (Ortsteil von Mayres) verbringen durften! GemĂŒtlich, sauber, mit großem Garten, einem Bach, der direkt vor dem Haus entlang fließt und vielen Tieren, die man beobachten kann (sogar FledermĂ€use!). Außerdem ist es angesichts der Höhenlage von ca. 700m auch an heißen Tagen nachts immer angenehm kĂŒhl. Sowohl die Vermieter (Fam. Gregoire) als auch die Kontaktpersonen vor Ort (Fred und MichĂšle) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit und haben uns sogar schon einige Wochen vor unserem Urlaub angerufen, um uns nach unseren Interessen zu fragen und individuelle Tipps zusammenzustellen. Wir wĂŒrden hier jederzeit nochmals Urlaub machen!

Erholsamer Urlaub zwischen KastanienwÀldern

Wir haben die Zeit hier sehr genossen und konnten uns herrlich erholen! Der Garten bietet viele verschiedene PlĂ€tze zum Entspannen, zum Essen, fĂŒr ein GlĂ€schen Wein und man hat immer einen herrlichen Blick in die Natur und auf die Berge. Das HĂ€uschen ist gemĂŒtlich und liebevoll eingerichtet, so dass man sich sofort wohl fĂŒhlt. FĂŒr Wanderungen und AusflĂŒge gibt es reichlich Informationen im Haus und im Tourist Office in Thueyts. Die Nachbarn bieten eine FĂŒhrung durch ihre Anlage mit KastanienbĂ€umen an. Sie sind auch sehr hilfsbereit in allen Angelegenheiten vor Ort. Der Vermieter nimmt im Vorfeld persönlich Kontakt mit einem auf, so dass viele Dinge direkt geklĂ€rt werden können. Es war rundherum fĂŒr alles gesorgt!

Un sympathique lieu de villégiature au coeur de la campagne ardéchoise.

Située au coeur de la Vallée de L'ArdÚche, cette maison confortable et de charme offre de nombreuses perspectives de randonnées, ainsi que de multiples découvertes à proximité. L'accueil fut chaleureux dans un environnement rural, calme et bucolique. Un havre de paix, idéal pour un séjour en famille, je le recommande sans réserve depuis notre récent passage, cette maison correspondait à mes attentes, ce fut parfait ... FL

Ruhe, Natur und Erholung

Das kleine FerienhĂ€uschen ist fĂŒr Naturliebhaber ein perfekter Ort zum erholen und entspannen. Die Lage ist zauberhaft und ruhig gelegen. Der Vermieter und die Nachbarn (Michelle und Fred) sind sehr freundlich und hilfsbereit. Vielen Dank fĂŒr die schöne Zeit! P.S: Fliegengitter wĂ€ren fĂŒr die Naturlage vielleicht eine gute Option um Fliegen und Moskitos aus dem Haus fern zuhalten.

Urlaub im Paradies

Unsere knapp zei Wochen in Cautet waren traumhaft schön. Die Lage ist phantastisch und wer wildes Flussbaden und Wandern mag, ist hier genau richtig. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter und den Hausbetreuern vor Ort war hervorragend, ein bisschen Französisch vor Ort ist aber ganz hilfreich. Alles in allem zu 100 Prozent empfehlenswert.

Super séjour ardéchois dans un cadre magnifique

Nous avons un excellent sĂ©jour dans cette maison idĂ©alement placĂ©e en Haute vallĂ©e d’Ardeche. Nous avons Ă©tĂ© au frais dans les hauteurs, mais avec les points de baignade facilement accessibles. TrĂšs beaux extĂ©rieurs, proximitĂ© d’une ferme avec animaux. Accueil trĂšs cheureux et disponibilitĂ© garantie. Un tout petit bĂ©mol : la literie qui a vĂ©cu. Mise Ă  part ce dĂ©tail c’est vraiment un coup de cƓur.

Ferienhaus in der Ardeche

Ein sehr schönes Ferienhaus in toller natur. Beim Einschlafen hört man nur das PlĂ€tschern eines kleinen Baches. Ein wanderweg in unmittelbarer NĂ€he fĂŒhrt durch einen interessanten Wald zur Quelle. Man hat vom Haus immer einen hĂŒbschen blick auf umliegende Berge. vom Haus runter in 1km Entfernung gibt es eine Badestelle bei einem Campingplatz. Unsere Kinder fanden auch gerade die Esel der netten Nachbarn toll. Also alles in allem ein sehr empfehlenswerter Ort

Tolles Land, fantastische Landschaft, herrliche Ruheoase mit Kamin und viel Ruhe.

Jedem der Frankreich und den Landstrich rings um die ArdĂ©che mag, wird sie dort lieben lernen. Voraussetzung sind das aushalten der fast absoluten Stille, das verkraften der brachialen Natur vor Ort, zwei drei Brocken Französisch und Englisch und nichts weiter, das Haus ist fĂŒr 6 Leute eingerichtet, wir waren zu 4. und hatten viel Platz ... Die WohnRaumKĂŒche ist ein Traum mit Kamin und das Interieur ist Schlicht aber abgestimmt eingerichtet. Vielen Dank fĂŒr diesen Rohdiamant, uns hat es sehr gefallen.

Nous avons adorĂ© passer nos vacances dans ce bel Ă©crin de nature. L’accueil de Fred, MichĂšle et leur adorable chien June est extra. Calme, Nature, animaux, baignades, visites de sites merveilleux... vacances ressourçantes pour nos enfants et nous mĂȘme!

Ein Ort zum Abschalten in herrlicher Natur

Wir haben als Familie mit drei Kindern (13, 15, 18) in dem schönen Ferienhaus eine Woche verbracht. Es liegt wunderschön, mitten zwischen HĂŒgeln mit MaronenbĂ€umen. Das GrundstĂŒck ist riesig und wunderschön bepflanzt. Es gab zu unserer Zeit Unmengen von Schmetterlingen. Auf dem NachbargrundstĂŒck sind Schafe und zwei super liebe, neugierige Esel. Die Nachbarn sind sehr hilfsbereit und nett. Man kann direkt vor Ort sehr schön wandern un am unterhalb gelegenen Campingplatz in der Ardeche baden. Ansonsten ist es ein seh schöner Ausgangspunkt fĂŒr AusflĂŒge in die Umgebung. Uns hat es sehr gut gefalle und ich kann dieses Ferienhaus und die Gegend nur weiter empfehlen!! Sicher im Herbst auch ein Traum!!

zauberhafter Ort zum Entspannen

Das urige Ferienhaus mit seiner Umgebung ist fĂŒr uns in kleines Paradies gewesen. Wir haben uns sofort sehr wohl gefĂŒhlt .Es ist alles vorhanden was man braucht. An kalten Tagen haben wir gemĂŒtlich vorm Kamin gesessen und sonst auch jeden Ort im Garten genossen. Wir konnten von dort viele AusflĂŒge machen und an den nicht so heißen Tagen schöne Wanderungen. Im Haus gibt sehr viele Wanderkarten mit VorschlĂ€gen fĂŒr Wanderungen. Die Ardeche ist wunderschön und toll zum Wandern. In Thueyts kann man am Pont du Diable in der Ardeche baden. Der Kontakt zu den Vermietern war ĂŒberaus freundlich und auch die Nachbarn vor Ort sind sehr hilfsbereit. Wir kommen gerne wieder.

Nice little cosy clean house with good hot shower. Perfect if you like nature and hiking. Lovely porch and many places to sit in the garden in the sun or shadow, whatever you like. Helpfull and kind neighbours. If you are a lover of relaxation and silence, the sound of rippling water surrounded by trees and moutains this is the place to be. We allready went severel times in may and it is always wonderfull. The moment you step out of the frontdoor you can start hiking. Many good marked hiking paths near the house and in the environment. Only the bigger supermarket is at some distance.

Herbstferien in den Ardeche-Bergen

Die Ardeche-Ferien haben uns sehr gut getan: Das Wetter war herbstlich sonnig, gerade gut zum Wandern auch auf den wunderbaren Bergpfaden direkt vom Haus aus. Die Ardeche-Landschaften mit all ihren Kontrasten haben uns psehr beeindruckt. Das Haus hat uns freundlich aufgenommen. Wir fĂŒhlten uns geborgen und behĂŒtet von 2 Eseln, von einem kleinen Drachen in seiner Höhle und durch die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Hausverwalter. FĂŒr uns 2 Personen war das Haus sehr angenehm. Wir haben im Haus alles gefunden (und mehr) was wir fĂŒr unseren Aufenthalt benötigten und haben uns rundum wohl gefĂŒhlt. In der guten AtmosphĂ€re des Hauses und der Stille der umgebenden Natur (begleitet vom stetem Rauschen des Baches und den Glöckchen der Schafe) haben wir einen sehr erholsamen Urlaub verbracht. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

De retour aprÚs 3 ans dans cette belle region et surtout dans la maison de la famille GREGOIRE que nous avons retrouvée avec grand plaisir. Tout est parfait, de l'accueil à la situation géographique, ainsi que le confort , nous avons vraiment été enchanté de notre second séjour !

Une maison oĂč il y a tout le nĂ©cessaire, dans un cadre verdoyant, Ă  l'abri du bruit de la civilisation, oĂč l'on entend le chant des ruisseaux et propice Ă  la randonnĂ©e et aux dĂ©couvertes des sites de l'ArdĂšche voisins comme Thuyets et Jaujac notamment ! Nous avons particuliĂšrement apprĂ©ciĂ© la situation isolĂ©e, les terrasses permettant de jouir de l'extĂ©rieur, la salle de bain rĂ©novĂ©e, les piĂšces bien chauffĂ©es avec thermostat, la compagnie des 2 Ăąnes, moutons et chĂšvres dans le champs derriĂšre la maison, les grands espaces verdoyants alentours, le grand lit, les fenĂȘtres oscillo-battantes des toilettes et salle de bains, la gentillesse du propriĂ©taire trĂšs disponible pour fournir toutes les indications voulues et l'accueil sympathique de la ferme bio voisine (et leur dĂ©licieuse crĂšme de chĂątaignes), les petites violettes partout ... petit coin de paradis...

Une maison trÚs propre, fonctionnelle et chaleureuse dans un superbe site en pleine nature! De magnifiques balades à partir de la maison et une vallée riche en sites à visiter (la belle petite ville de Jaujac.... ). Un propriétaire fort sympathique ainsi qu'un super accueil par MichÚle et Fred de la ferme bio voisine et qui gÚrent la maison. Bref, tout est réuni pour passer un excellent séjour.
