Spacious Lakefront House with Deck & EV Charging Near Oaklawn Casino in Hot Springs, AR
Welcome to this lovely house! Bring your boat and stay at this beautiful 4br lake house right on Lake Hamilton and close to everything that the Hot Springs area has to offer. Perfect for families, this updated home is large and inviting inside and out. The deck has plenty of space to lounge by the lake. Inside has plenty of space to spread out as well.
The house has a fully stocked kitchen to make nice meals. There are plenty of seats to sit down and eat in a formal dining room and a large breakfast area.
3 full bathrooms make this an easier rise and shine to get ready for the day. The master bedroom has an ensuite bathroom. The bunk room is a great place for the kiddos to have their own space. What's great on those rainy days is that the sunroom will still let you hang out with a lake view while catching up on your TV shows. There is an EV charging station for an extra fee.
The house is located only 10 minutes from Oaklawn casino and race track.
15 minutes to historic Bath House Row and the convention center.
17 minutes to the tower in the National Park
The house has a fully stocked kitchen to make nice meals. There are plenty of seats to sit down and eat in a formal dining room and a large breakfast area.
