Enjoy a spacious deck facing the pond with an outdoor dining area and a BBQ grill—the perfect spot for a family barbecue! The inside of the home offers rustic touches here and there that perfectly blend with modern appliances and amenities. The living room is a great place to unwind, especially around the gas fireplace while watching TV. When mealtime comes around, the kitchen will have your back with incredible appliances and everything you need to prepare everyone's favorite dish! This incredible home features a stackable washer/dryer in the hallway, an office room with a small sofa and a desk, which is perfect considering the free high-speed WiFi and Internet offered, two bedrooms, and two full bathrooms. Things to Know Dog-friendly. Only one dog allowed (40 lbs). High-speed internet and free WiFi, perfect for working from home, distance learning, and streaming. This home is a subunit of Eagles Nest at Big Bear Estates. The Guest House at Big Bear Estates can be rented separately.
