You'll also find abundant restaurants, art galleries, shops, museums, and theaters all within walking distance. Notable attractions are all within a short stroll. The Biltmore Estate is only five miles from your front door. The apartment is also a great home base for day trips to hiking and marveling at the gorgeous Appalachian scenery.



Beautifully renovated, your vacation rental features gorgeous details like exposed brick, high ceilings, and original hardwood floors. The main living area showcases the space's historic details and cozy ambiance. This social space is furnished with a sleeper sofa, two armchairs, and a TV. Whip up tasty dishes in the updated kitchen, detailed with stainless steel appliances and granite countertops. Enjoy ample counter space for all of your cooking needs. When your delicious creations are ready, dine together at the wooden table with seating for up to four. Guest amenities include complimentary WiFi, a private washer/dryer, and cable TV.



The primary bedroom is tucked away at the back of the building, offering a comfortable queen-size bed and the convenience of a private ensuite bathroom with washer and dryer. This bedroom also has its own private sitting area with TV. Located at the opposite end of the rental tucked into the interior, the second bedroom with queen bed provides additional privacy and a cozy space to unwind. A second full bathroom is conveniently located just across the hall from this bedroom.



Things to Know

-Access to this unit is around the back of the building and requires entrance past the patio of the local restaurant. You will be provided a code for the gate that separates the entrance area of the rental from the restaurant patio. Upon entering the building, guests will find an entry area and then 12 steps leading up to the rental.

-Check-in time: 4:00 p.m.

-Check-out time: 10:00 a.m.

-Parking is not reserved and can be metered parking on the street available on a first-come, first-serve basis or paid daily in a nearby parking garage.

-All guests shall abide by our good neighbor policy and shall not engage in illegal activity.

-Quiet hours are from 10:00 p.m. to 8:00 a.m.

-No smoking is permitted anywhere on the premises.

-All properties come with a starter kit to assist you on your first day before having to go out and purchase additional items. This includes: dish sponge, dish soap, dishwasher packet, laundry packet. Bathrooms will have 2 rolls of toilet paper per bathroom, shampoo, conditioner and hand soap.
