This is the second year we (group of veterans) have used this Lodge and Cabin for our reunion. We have enjoyed our stay on both occasions. Plenty of room and the setting and views are great.

Super spot & 2 Cabins

We have stayed at many units and this was the best Clean, roomy and two separate buildings. They even provided firewood fir the firepit. Nice appliances.l, plenty of table space, loads of games. We will definitely seek to return.

Elkhorn lodge

We had a great stay at the elkhorn lodge. There was plenty of room for our group, and the cabins were clean and up to date. They had everything we needed including towels, toiletries etc. The view was beautiful. We had an easy time getting to and from downtown Asheville and other areas. We would definitely stay again!

Beautiful property. Lots of room for our group of 10 adults. Big kitchen, making preparing meals easy. Plenty of sleeping space for our group of 10 adult males. Access into the lodge and cabin a bit tricky, especially after dark (GPS ends before arriving at the property). Need to improve access onto and off of side deck of Lodge.

Amazing place to stay with a group!

We loved our stay at Elkhorn Cabin & Eagles Wing Lodge! We had a big group of friends and really enjoyed the location. The view is spectacular, which is hard to find so close to the town. We went to a lot of breweries nearby and also went tubing down the river. Lots of great restaurants in Asheville to try! Highly recommend this place! It was a little difficult to find Ubers willing to come out to the house for pick up, but we fortunately got phone numbers from a few of our drivers along the way. So I would suggest doing that if you don't have your own transportation. Or maybe the Host could provide a few phone numbers for local drivers willing to come out to the house.

Beautiful Views in this Mountain Retreat

We very much enjoyed our stay. The two cabins were as advertised; very comfortable, clean and usable. We would definitely return if our travels bring us back to Asheville.

The driveway and roadway at times was a challenge. Because of the nature of our stay we were in and out multiple times.

Convenient Seclusion

The house is very close to everything in the Asheville area while also feeling very secluded and private. Lots of spaces for gathering and also allowing plenty of privacy. Great view and amenities!
