Home Away from Home
Stayed in this home for a church conference due to its proximity to the pool, tennis courts, boat rentals, and cafe. Perfectly located to walk to all the fun stuff Lake J has to offer! The home was clean and well stocked with kitchenware and TOWELS (don’t underestimate the importance of towels!). Cozy, comfortable, and perfect for our group of 5.

Little slice of heaven
Charming home with vintage charm . Comfortable beds. Each room was spacious, bathrooms were clean and spacious. Kitchen was very well stocked with everything you’ll need. The grill was fantastic for cooking out. The views from the porch were amazing to drink our morning coffee and enjoy our dinner . A comfortable home . Great location. Highly recommended stay.

Adorable, well appointed, nice deck
This basement apartment was great for our family of 7 (all adults, 5 of college age). Well stocked kitchen, comfortable beds (plus 2 rollaway beds), and air conditioned. Nice linens and towels. Beautiful, peaceful deck overlooking many old trees with a peek of the lake, perfect for morning coffee. Large refrigerator. Nice location, approx 15 minute walk downhill to the main activities areas (pickleball, tennis, pool, kayaks, etc). We enjoyed our stay!

Lighting for safety
Ideal location, clean. We were a group of older folks and we found the exterior stairs Slippery and dark. Cute spot, though.

Haddock Haven, a haven indeed.
Before we even stepped foot in the door, the attractive landscaping and beautiful view welcomed us to a mountainside haven. The home was decorated with more personality than many rentals. It was very spacious. The pictures don't do it justice. Although overall it was very clean, the comforter on one bed was not totally clean and there was some glitter on the deck. Recommended!
Great property. Very old, out dated uncomfortable furniture. Nicely stocked with everything needed. There were stairs going down to the second level main entrance that was not in the description of the property.

Not Handicapped Accessible
You must park on the street and the entry to the home is 12 stairs down and up. You should state that the rental is not handicapped accessible.

Very nice house
Rented this house for two of the families who came to a big family reunion at Lake Junaluska. They called it "a very nice house." I toured it before I rented it and found it to be attractive, well equipped, and very clean. The option of including two rollaway beds (which the family used) is great.

Family Vacation
We loved not having to clean the house before bringing anything in from the car.
Even better not having to clean before we left. It was a real vacation for mom.
We all had our rooms to recharge and we would like to reserve this house again if possible.
