Apricacium is situated in an attractive neighborhood providing quick boating access to the Gulf of Mexico without any bridges or locks - direct sailboat access.

The 5th bedroom is a tower-suite that is not connected to the living area. Enjoy this suite on the second floor with en-suite bathroom and a big private balcony. Access is only possibly via an outside spiral stair case.

Wifi, tv streaming with cable-like tv programming, TVs in all 5 bedrooms plus living room plus outside lanai.

Great vacation!

We had a wonderful time. The home was spacious, very clean, comfortable for 8 people, and in a terrific location. The kitchen was extremely well stocked and the linens were as well. Communication with management was excellent. We used the heated pool and hot tub every day. We absolutely enjoyed our stay.

APRICACIUM

Enjoyed the stay. The pool/spa heater was not working, only had 2 days with a warm spa. The property manager was very helpful. Overall, great space!
