The natural property, of which 100 square meters are available for your sole use, also offers you a private pool with loungers and parasols. The beautifully landscaped entrance area impresses with a wonderful panoramic view over the surrounding vineyards and olive groves as far as Vinci. The owner warmly invites you to a dinner with Tuscan specialties.

Mobility: not suitable for people with limited mobility
It is strictly forbidden to organise any student party, bachelor party or drinking party in this house not suitable for people with reduced mobility. Only small dogs are allowed (up to 35 cm shoulder height). Access is via an unpaved road. The 2nd bedroom on the 1st floor has air conditioning.
