Très bel endroit, calme et offrant de nombreux points de baignade.Le logement est spacieux mais nous avons trouvé dommage que la cuisine ne nous a pas permis de cuisiner de façon agréable du à l’absence d’équipement de base (essoreuse à salade, saladier, ciseau, seconde grande casserole, hôte, verre à bière, bol pour le petit déjeuner, …) La terrasse est très agréable mais il serait utile de rajouter un mât fixé au balcon côté gauche. Les pinces à linge sont rouillées. La présence d’un climatiseur est fort agréable. Le canapé lit est confortable contrairement aux 2 lits de la chambre où logeait nos enfants. Il est aussi dommage de ne pas prévoir un kit pour le nettoyage ( seau, serpillière) pour les longs séjours, ce qui permet de rafraîchir l’appartement en cours de séjour.

Das Appartment ist super, Klimaanlage nur im Wohnzimmer, kühlt aber auch die Schlafzimmer. Ruhige Umgebung, sehr sehr nette Vermieterin!

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit sehr netter Vermieterin

Es war alles rundum perfekt, die Wohnung schön groß, sehr sauber - sogar mit Meerblick von der Terrasse aus. Die Einrichtung ist sehr schön, besonders die Matrazen waren super (uns immer wichtig). Die Vermieterin ist überaus herzlich und hat uns immer mit Trauben vom Garten versorgt. Um die Ecke gibt es einige gute Lokale, auch hier hat uns die Vermieterin gute Tipps gegeben. Zum Meer ist es ca. 10 Minuten zu Fuß, um die Ecke gibt es einen kleinen Supermarkt sowie Bäcker, eine Wechselstube, die kleine Bahn, die nach Porec fährt ist ca. 8 Minuten entfernt. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen auf jeden Fall wieder.

Sehr sauber und zentral gelegen

Sehr sauber und super gelegen. Zum Sandstrand waren es ca. 5 Minuten zu Fuss, perfekt für kleinere Kinder zum Sandburgen bauen. Die Vermieterin lebt mit im Haus und spricht perfekt deutsch , sie ist sehr nett und hat sich super um alles gekümmert. Es war ein sehr schöner Urlaub dort.

Aufenthalt im September 2021

Alles hat bei dieser Unterkunft gepasst. Die Vermieterin war überaus freundlich und hilfsbereit. Die Ferienwohnung war wie im Prospekt beschrieben, wenn nicht sogar noch besser. Die Umgebung und das Meer 1a. Das einzige kleine Mango ist der etwas weite Weg nach Porec, allerdings fährt dahin eine kleine Stadtbahn die den Fußmarsch nach Proec erheblich erleichtert. In Summe war es ein sehr guter Urlaub.

Immer wieder gerne...

Wir hatten erholsamme 10 Tage in einem sehr schönen und sauberen Haus mit einer sehr netten Vermieterin verbracht! Die Lage war super, alles konnte man zu Fuß erreichen. Der Strand bestand überwiegend aus Betonterassen, aber es gibt auch einen kleine Sandstrand am Hotel Vallamar. Abens sind wir zum essen nicht wie üblich links die Straße abgebogen, sondern nach rechts wo wir unserer Meinung nach ein besserers Restaurant ( Fartelli ) gefunden hatten als die stark besuchten z.B. "Willy"!!! Das Essen dort war qualitativ besser und die Bedienung freundlicher.

Schöner Urlaub

Sehr schöne Wohnung mit äußerst netter Vermieterin, 2x umfallen und man ist am Betonstrand, welcher mir persönlich nicht so gefallen hat, aber nimmt man einen Gehweg von einigen Minuten in Kauf, landet man auf einem schönen Fleckchen mit wenig Leuten und einer ausgezeichneten kleinen Strandbar. Nicht weit vom Appartement geht der Bummelzug in die Altstadt. Sämtliche weitere Infrastruktur zu Fuß erreichbar und auch leckeres, günstigeres Essen (als in der Altstadt) zB bei Willy gleich um die Ecke. Alles in allem gibt's nichts zu meckern, es waren 10 sehr schöne Tage.

Perfekter Urlaub

Wir (2 Erw./2 Kinder) waren wirklich sehr sehr zufrieden mit der Wohnung. Das gesamte Haus ist sehr gepflegt und sehr sauber. Die Wohnung liegt in einer ruhigen Nebenstraße jedoch sind es zum Supermarkt, Bäcker und zum Strand nur wenige Minuten zu Fuß. Zur Wohnung selbst ist zu sagen, dass diese sehr sauber und mit viel Liebe zum Detail eingerichtet ist. Wir haben hier eine wunderschöne Woche verbracht, es hat uns an nichts gefehlt. Frau Obajdin wohnt im gleichen Haus und war bei Fragen jederzeit sehr hilfsbereit, immer freundlich und wir haben uns oft verratscht. Wir können die Wohnung mit gutem Gewissen zu 100% weiterempfehlen und werden selber auch wiederkommen.
