Das Ferienhaus entsprach in der Lage und der Ausstattung genau den Beschreibungen in der Anzeige. Wir verbrachten dort als Familie eine erholsame Woche. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und bietet zahlreiche Freizeitmöglichkeiten für jeden Geschmack. Die Kommunikation mit der Vermieterin in Vorbereitung des Urlaubs verlief problemlos.

super Haus mit super Ausstattung

Wir waren Anfang April eine Woche dort und haben ein Haus in top Zustand vorgefunden. Besonders vorteilhaft war für uns das Schlafzimmer unten, da eine leicht gehbehinderte Person dabei war. In der Küche haben wir uns prima zurecht gefunden. Wir haben auch super geschlafen. Kommunikation mit der Besitzerin war top.

Sehr schönes Haus und sehr gute Ausstattung

Wir sind mit unserem Sohn und Enkelkind in diesem Haus gewesen. Hierfür ideal, da jede Familie auch auf getrennten Etagen seine Privatsphäre hat. Besonders da 2 komplette Badezimmer vorhanden sind. Die Einrichtung und Ausstattung war komplett und mit vielen Kleinigkeiten die man oftmals nicht in Ferienwohnungen vorfindet, wie z.b . schöne Weingläser, Wasserkocher, Mixer usw. Ideal auch der 2. Kühlschrank im Nebenraum, im Sommer und bei mehreren Personen sehr von Vorteil.

Schönes ruhiges Ferienhaus mit Garten

Wir waren für 9 Nächte mit unserem Hund in dem Ferienhaus und haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Sauna und Kamin waren bei eher kaltem Wetter super angenehm und unser Hund fand den eingezäunten Garten prima. Es ist alles da, was man braucht. Für uns immer wichtig: bequeme Betten, ruhige Lage und sauber. Das war alles der Fall. Lediglich zum Strand war es etwas weiter als gedacht aber man kann mit dem Auto direkt bis hinter die Dünen fahren und umsonst auf den großen Parkplätzen parken. In sofern war es dann kein Problem. Vielen Dank für den schönen Urlaub 😊

Lovely holiday in Blue Kite

We had a wonderful week in the Blue Kite. The house is very nicely located and has a wonderful view over a golf course. Inside the house is very well furnished and has excellent bath rooms, well kitted out kitchen and a very nice sauna. The beds are comfortable. The garden is well maintained and has nice sunny spots all day. The owner clearly has paid attention to details. She was also very attentive and provided all the necessary information ahead of time. Would definitely recommend this house to any tenant!

Lovely property, clean and well appointed.

Dagmar is the perfect host and a very prompt communicator. The house offers everything you could need for your holiday, is well located, peaceful and a delightful place to stay. Julianadorp is a great centre for an active holiday offering stunning beaches, great restaurants, beautiful walks and endless cycle routes. Will definitely visit again.

Wunderschönes Ferienhaus

Wir haben eine Woche in dem super schönen Ferienvilla verbracht. Wir waren mit 4 Personen und zwei Hunden da. Die Villa ist modern eingerichtet und sie war sehr sauber. Die Beschreibung und Fotos beschreiben die Villa genau. Entspannten konnten wir sehr gut vor dem Kamin sowie in der Sauna. Ideal ist auch der umzäunte Garten in dem die Hunde sich frei bewegen könnten. Die Aussicht auf die Gracht und den Golfplatz ist super schön. Das Meer sowie in das nächste Einkaufszentrum konnten wir zu Fuß erreichen. Nochmal einen ganz lieben Dank an die Vermieterin das wir einen solch tollen Aufenthalt in ihrer Villa verbringen durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und werden die Villa definitiv nochmal besuchen =)

Wir haben einen tollen 3 Generationen Urlaub in der Ferienvilla verbracht. Unsere Anreise verlief ohne Probleme, dank der guten Vorbereitung durch unsere Vermieter. Die Fotos in der Beschreibung haben alles 1:1 widergespiegelt! Die Villa ist sehr gepflegt und sauber. Die Einrichtung modern und geschmackvoll, alles sehr stimmig, sowie auch der Garten. Die Villa ist mit Abstand eines der schönsten Häuser der Anlage. Wir haben uns alle wirklich sehr wohlgefühlt und einstimmig entschieden, wir kommen wieder! Sommerferien 2016 Villa Blue Kite.... ein Traum!!

All den Eindrücken unserer Vorgänger können wir uns voll anschließen. Die Bilder und Beschreibung des Hauses im Inserat geben genau das live wieder, was versprochen wird. Das Haus ist zur vollsten Zufriedenheit, die Vermieter super nett und und haben uns sehr gut vorbereitet unser Feriendomizil aufzufinden und uns darin wohl zufühlen. Die Anlage selber ist auch sehr gepflegt und bietet viele Aktivitäten. Der nächste Reitstall liegt nur 10 min. mit dem Fahrrad entfernt, was für uns mit eigenem Pferd perfekt war. Viele Ausflugsziele, wie Den Helder, Texel, Alkmaar, Callantsoog und vieles mehr, lassen keine Wünsche offen. Das Steakhouse in Den Helder darf auch nicht vergessen werden zu erwähnen. Wer Spare Ribs liebt, ist dort sehr gut aufgehoben. Also rundrum ein gelungener erholsamer Urlaub, den wir sicherlich in diesem Haus wiederholen werden.

Tolles Ferienhaus

Zum wiederholten Male haben wir uns hier sehr wohl gefühlt! Das Ferienhaus hat eine sehr schöne Lage, ist modern und komfortabel eingerichtet. Der Garten mit Blick ins Grüne ist groß genug! Bei jeder Anreise, bzw Übergabe war das Objekt in einem einwandfreiem Zustand! Konversation und Kontakt mit den Vermietern immer sehr nett! Manni, Annette und Lisha 😀

Schick, gemütlich, komfortabel

Vom ersten bis zum letzten Kontakt einfach wunderbar! Sehr freundliche Vermieterin und wunderbares Domizil, um einen schöne und entspannten Urlaub oder Kurzurlaub zu verbringen. Im Haus fehlt es an nichts: Toll ausgestattete kleine Küche, großer Wohn- und Essraum mit beachtliche Wärme erzeugendem Gas-Kamin, 3 Schlafzimmer, 2 Badezimmer, wunderbarer Garten mit Außengrill. Dazu die Sauna!!! Perfekt :-) ... Wir waren auch froh, dass das Haus 2 Stellplätze hatte. Viele Einkaufsmöglichkeiten in der Nähe und der Strand schnell zu erreichen. Auch zu Fuß, falls in der Hochsaison der Parkplatz am nächstgelegenen Dünen-Zugang einmal voll sein sollte. Unser Nero hat es genossen, im Garten herum zu tollen und die Enten anzubellen am angrenzenden Fluss, der den 18 Loch Golfplatz vom Garten trennt. Wir waren alle rundum zufrieden und sind uns sicher, dass wir dieses wunderbare Häuschen in Zukunft wieder beziehen wollen :-)
