We stayed at Nick's property for 3 days in late June/early July and the property was fantastic. We were in the midst of the hottest days in NH on record, and the mini-split unit did a great job of keeping the space comfortable! The king bed in the basement was comfortable! The kitchen was well equipped with everything we needed to make a few meals, and the gas grill worked very well. Overall I would recommend this property to all!!

We had a wonderful stay at this home and would absolutely recommend it! The house was spotless, well-maintained, and had everything we needed for a relaxing getaway. The property itself is beautiful, tucked away in the woods with a peaceful, private setting that truly lets you enjoy the beauty of the White Mountains.The location couldn’t have been better. It was just a short drive to Story Land and downtown North Conway, making it easy to enjoy all the local attractions. We loved being so close to great swimming spots, plenty of restaurants, shopping, and outdoor activities, while still having a quiet place to come back to at the end of the day.If you’re looking for a clean, comfortable home in a beautiful mountain setting with convenient access to everything the area has to offer, this is the perfect place. We would definitely stay here again!
