Very comfortable two bedroom apartment in a pleasant, quiet area. Grocery stores nearby. Getting to the S-Bahn was easy (15 minute walk or 5 minute tram ride). The hosts are lovely people. The kitchen was well-equipped. We felt completely "at home" and would certainly love to return in the future. Berlin is truly a great city.

Great apartment

The hosts were very friendly, helpful and kind. The place is very nice with a homey, comfortable feeling. The beds, couches and other furniture were very comfortable. It has everything one needs for a stay including washer, dishwasher, nice appliances and Smart TV. Restaurants and stores are close walking distance and public transportation is convenient. There are nice walking trails and a very quiet neighborhood. I highly recommend this place for families or adults!paths

The appartement is a perfect cocoon for a group of friends or a family.The living room is spacious and the master bedroom is very comfortable, the beds are in neat conditions and the bedsheets soft.The kitchen and the bathroom have every commodities you can find in your home.As for the localisations, maps can be found helping you locate. Very well deserved by the Trams, bus to major train station you can reach the center of Berlin in no time !The landlord is very friendly and can give you tips for your holiday! The neighbours are also very welcoming!Overall it was a very very nice vacation in a zuper apartment!

Great apartment for family stays

We stayed in Berlin during a heatwave & the apartment was large, spacious & cool which was so good. Everything was provided including a cot & high chair for the baby in the family. It is a great place to stay with nearby supermarkets & a lovely Italian restaurant close by. It is a little way out of central Berlin but very close to the tram & bus stops with excellent public transport. All supermarkets close on Sundays which we didn’t realise & had run out of milk for the baby but there is a supermarket open all day until 10pm in the Alexanderplatz station, a godsend for us. Very pleasant helpful hosts & the other tenants in the house were lovely too & shared their garden with us.

Fond memories of Berlin

Peer is a generous and obliging host. We arrived by train on a Sunday and he collected us from the local railway station. We departed on a public holiday and he drove us to the railway station. We had to replace a suitcase while we were in Berlin and he disposed the broken suitcase.The apartment is a 5 minute walk from the tram stop and, as we discovered when a car collided with a tram near the railway station one afternoon, about a 20 minute walk from the station.An Italian and a Hungarian restaurant are a 5 minute walk away, a medium sized supermarket about another 10 minutes walk away and there is a large supermarket near the railway station.The apartment is in the outer suburbs of Berlin where one walks past houses rather than blocks of apartment buildings. The apartment in on the ground floor which is a plus when traveling with large suitcases, the living area is spacious as is the main bedroom and the second bedroom is a good size.We are grateful to Peer for his thoughtfulness and kindness.

Vielen Dank für den schönen Aufenthalt in dieser wunderbaren Fewo! Die Wohnung war genau wie auf den Fotos abgebildet: Funktional und gemütlich. Die Gastgeber äußerst hilfsbereit und freundlich. In der Küche war alles benötigte vorhanden, sogar 3 Kaffeemaschinen: Filter, Senseo und Espressokocher für die Herdplatte. Ein Netto ist Fussläufig 7 min. entfernt sowie ein riesiger REWE direkt an der S-Haltestelle Mahlsdorf. Der nahegelegene Italiener ist nicht unbedingt hübsch, aber sehr lecker. Wir waren rundum zufrieden, auch Dank der guten Tram/Bahnanbindung, mit der man in 25/30 min. ohne Auto in der Innenstadt ist.

Sehr nette Gastgeber, die uns viele tolle Tipps gegeben haben, beispielsweise wo es einen richtig tollen Bäcker gibt. Eine schöne Idee ist auch der große Plan des BVG, des öffentlichen Nahverkehrs, der in der Küche an der Wand angebracht ist.

Das Objekt hat unseren Erwartungen sehr entsprochen. Die Wohnung ist sehr gepflegt und liegt am Rande von Berlin. Die Erreichbarkeit der Innenstadt ist mit der Tram und der S Bahn optimal. Der Gastgeber ist sehr nett und für alle Fragen stets ansprechbar.Ein kleiner negativer Punkt ist die Gartenecke direkt vor dem 2 Schlafzimmer, die von den Hausbewohnern benutzt wird. Die Hausbewohner sind sehr rücksichtsvoll. Trotzdem zog Zigarettenrauch ab und an durch unser Apartment, was wir als Nichtraucher als unangenehm empfanden.Ich kann mir aber vorstellen, dass man diesen Punkt leicht verbessern kann.Wir würden auf alle Fälle gerne wieder kommen.Ein herzliches Dankeschön an unseren Gastgeber.

Au delà de nos espérances

Tout d'abord, un très bel accueil, le logement est très bien desservi en matière d'accès pour les transports en commun, arrêt de bus ou tram à 3 minutes à pied, compter toutefois une heure de trajet pour le cœur de Berlin. Mais franchement, l'appartement le mérite, un espace vert permet de prendre son café en extérieur et surtout parfait pour les fumeurs . La literie et le linge de lit sont d'excellentes qualités, la cuisine est extrêmement bien équipée avec un lave vaisselle, indiqué dans la description mais c'est toujours un grand plus. J'ai particulièrement aimé la décoration des lieux.Toutefois, je présente encore toutes mes excuses à nos hôtes, pour un cadre dans une des chambres bousculer avec un sac qui est malheureusement tombé et dont la vitre s'est brisée.Nous recommandons ce magnifique appartement, Françoise,, Thierry, Marie-O et Sylvie .Avis donné par Sylvie

Eine wunderbare Unterkunft für die ganze Familie

Vielen Dank an die lieben Vermieter, dass wir hier zu Gast sein durften. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt und uns haben die Wohnung und die Lage sehr gut gefallen. In der Nähe gibt es ein wunderbares ungarisches Restaurant und auch ein echter Handwerksbäcker ist gut erreichbar. Mit dem Bus oder der Straßenbahn ist die Wohnung gut angebunden. Wir kommen gerne wieder!

Geheimtipp für einen Berlinaufenthalt

Wir waren sehr positiv überrascht über die Unterkunft und die Freundlichkeit und Hilfsbereitschaft der Gastgeber. Besonders hervorzuheben ist die gute Verkehrsanbindung mit den Öffentlichen trotz Randlage.
