The property was clean. The property owner provided all of the essentials that you would need during your stay. The hatteras realty never responded to us when we had an issue with the HVAC system keeping up on a 89 degree day. The house got to 84 degrees.

Sadly Kristen chose to leave a 3 start review without submitting anything to us as to why she rated her stay as such. We did everything to accommodate her last minute trip, and even purchased a bottle of bubbly for their arrival as they were celebrating their honeymoon. If hosts are unaware why guests feel the ay they do about a property, it makes it very difficult for us hosts to rectify their possible issues.
