We love Reno and all that it has to offer. It is a city filled with so many outdoor activities year round and my husband and I love partaking in them all. I am a retired labor and delivery nurse who hikes, paints, loves cooking, and especially traveling. My husband owns his own businesses and does consulting for both small and large businesses along with government contracts. We live life to the fullest, love family, friends, and animals. We hope you enjoy our cherished home as much as we do.

Why they chose this property

The neighborhood is in the prestigious rolling hills of Old Southwest Reno, its family friendly, quiet, and incredibly close to everything you need. 5 minutes to casinos, 10 minutes to downtown with all the attractions/festivals, along with being 30 minutes to Mt. Rose Ski Resort. There are 7 ski resorts within 1.5 hours of us, along with tons of trails as well. Truckee is 40 minutes and Tahoe is about an hour. Reno airport is 15 minutes. You'll find great restaurants, boutiques, and entertainment.

The Suite Retreat offers wonderful serene views, the family room is set up for the whole family to hang out. It has a huge comfortable couch, a 10 person table to enjoy meals together, outdoor seating, and a chef's kitchen with everything you could need. The themed rooms offer an array of choices from the gold coast, mountain retreat, the cabin or the main bedroom the zen sanctuary. You will also enjoy a backyard with green grass and trees, a stream next to the house (note: it is shared with the studio as well).
