Nichtraucherwohnung mit Nikotingeruch

Die Lage ist sehr ruhig am Feldrand in einer verkehrsberuhigten Zone. Der Landwirt hatte gerade viel zu tun. Für kleine und große Kinder sehr interessant. Das kleine, gepflegte Gartenstück ist nicht umzäunt, ein kleiner Haken zum Befestigen der Hundeleine war in der Hauswand installiert. Der Rasen wurde in unserem Aufenthalt gemäht, was wir ungüstig fanden, da ein Terassenaufenthalt in dieser Zeit nicht ungestört möglich war. Ansonsten aber eine wirklich tolle Aussicht und gute Gartensitzmöbel. Leider ließen die Matratzen in den Betten massiv zu wünschen übrig- alle sehr durchgelegen. Die Sauberkeit im Haus war mäßig aber ok, wenn man nicht so hohe Ansprüche hat. Viele tote Insekten und auch einige Lebendige an den Zimmerdecken. Das WC war direkt nach dem Einzug verstopft, darum wurde sich aber umgehend gekümmert. Das war prima. Leider kam uns direkt beim 1.Türöffnen ein massiver Nikotingeruch (in der Nichtraucherwohnung!!!-für uns seeehr wichtig...) entgegen. Dagegen konnte/wollte die Hausverwaltung nichts tun und wir mussten uns mit Dauerlüften und Raumspray aushelfen. Hat der Vormieter sich wohl nicht an das Rauchverbot gehalten, war die Aussage. Wir waren somit viel draußen- in Carolinensiel kann man es dort aber auch sehr gut aushalten. Parken am Strand kostet 2€/4 Std., der Hundestrand ist übersichtlich und gut gepflegt und wir waren gerne dort. Carolinensiel gerne wieder, die Wohnung leider nicht.
