Die Lage des kleinen App. Ist traumhaft : Perfekter Blick auf den See und Wanderwege in viele Richtungen direkt vor der Tür. Angenehm ruhige Lage und doch nur ein kurzer Weg in die Ortsmitte . Das Appartement ist so wie beschrieben klein aber zweckmäßig eingerichtet und wir haben nichts vermisst.

Ein kleines Apartment direkt am See

Wir haben den Aufenthalt sehr genossen. Der Hund hatte im Garten viel Auslauf! Wir konnten direkt in Badekleidung rüber zum See laufen. Das Zimmer sehr einfach aber mit allem ausgestattet was man braucht. Wir kommen bestimmt mal wieder!

Unser Aufenthalt war super. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt. Es war alles sehr schön.wir haben nichts zu beanstanden .Vielleicht aber einen Vorschlag, es wäre schön wenn die Fläche vor der eingangstür vergrößert werden könnte so das man es als Balkon nutzen könnte. So wäre es auch möglich mal draußen zu frühstücken.

Rottach-Egern ist toll und man kann von der Wohnung aus wunderbar am See ins Zentrum laufen. Ich fand es gemütlich in der Wohnung.

Wir hatten die Dachgeschosswohnung. Auch für nur 2 Personen sehr klein. Ansonsten sauber und alles da was man so braucht. Die direkte Strandlage ist perfekt.

Traumhafte Seelage am Tegernsee

Wir hatten die kleine Ferienwohnung im Obergeschoss. Sehr hell, sauber und mit Blick auf den See. Zu Stand sind es nur wenige Meter. Der Garten eignete sich prima für unsere Paddelboards, so dass wir nicht jeden Tag pumpen mussten. Die Wohnung hat alles was man braucht, wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt.
