Ya-nita Break? Come to the quiet neighborhood of Long Acres nestled between Laurie and Sunrise Beach at the 38MM, paved roads all the way to the driveway.
This one bedroom, one bath home is the perfect couples and/or fisherman's retreat. Walk the neighborhood with ease or relax on the big covered porch and watch the deer roam in the front yard.
Plenty of uncovered boat and/or ATV parking at the homes lot. There are 3 marinas for boat launching minutes from the property.
There is no lake access from the home for guests, but there are plenty of beaches/bar & grills to get into the water.
