Das Apartment ist sauber und ordentlich die lage allerdings ist nicht so schön!Supermärkte sind zu fuß gut erreichbar ist alles gleich um die Ecke und zur Straßenbahn ist es auch nicht weit.

Kalt, kahl, desolat

Wir haben uns gefreut auf ein nettes Appartement mit Sauna und waren überrascht, dass es in unserem Fall keine gab. Das Inserat war sehr irreführend, da die appartements mit Sauna allem Anschein nach die tollsten sind und dieses eine Bild der Sauna bei allen gebuchten Zimmern auftaucht. Hier muss man genau hinschauen und nach der Buchung in die buchubgsbestätigubg schauen damit man nicht auf die Nase fällt. Im Zimmer angekommen stellten wir sehr schnell fest, dass alles sehr kalt und kahl gestaltet war. Insgesamt in einem sehr schlecht sanierten Zustand. Hier war keine fachfremd am Werk, womöglich hat der Eigentümer selbst Hand angelegt. Alles knirscht und knarzt, teilweise konnten Türen nicht richtig verschlossen werden oder waren garnicht vorhanden. Die Küche ist schlecht ausgestattet, es fehlt an Töpfen und zusätzlichen Pfannen. Die brause in der Dusche war uralt, völlig mit Kalk zugesetzt. Risse in den Tapeten, Fliesen die bereits vom Boden gelöst sind. Die Gegend ist eben die Gegend. Vor einem Besuch in Leipzig sollte man sich die einzelnen Stadtteile genau anschauen. In unserem Fall ein sehr schmutziger Ort, mit viel Polizeieinsatz. Wir kommen auf keinen Fall wieder und können die Unterkunft nicht an Familien (ausdrücklich) weiterempfehlen. Bei einer Gruppe Jugendlicher oder reinen Männer Veranstaltungen sieht das sicher anders aus. Unserem Anspruch ist es jedenfalls nicht gerecht geworden. Am tollsten war der Empfang des Hotel Mitarbeiters.

Schöne Ferienwohnung schwierige Lage

Viel Platz für 4 Leute. Auch mit bis zu 7 Leuten wahrscheinlich sehr gemütlich. Die Gegend wirkt hingegen nicht ganz einladend. Bei Anreise mit dem Auto eventuell nicht mit teuren Felgen oder speziellen Marken. Es wurde in der Nacht versucht von einem unserer Autos die Felgen zu klauen und dabei erheblich schaden an den Felgen angerichtet!!!
