Welcome to your holiday oasis on the Mediterranean coast.

Villa Arenja is located at the end of a cul-de-sac in the urbanisation La Sella and offers a fantastic view over Denia, the coast and on clear days all the way to Valencia.

The upper unit has three bedrooms and two bathrooms (one of which is en suite). In the upper flat there are two double beds (each 1,60mx1,90m) and two single beds with 0,90mx2,00m.

A staircase then leads downstairs to the fully equipped kitchen (ceramic glass hob) and dining area. Half a floor further down is the living room with picture window and a fireplace for the cooler days of the year.

Both the living room and the bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning.

By the 4x8m pool you have an outdoor kitchen (induction cooker) with a brick barbecue. The unobstructed view of the coast can be fully enjoyed from both the sun loungers and the terrace table.

In addition to an outdoor shower right next to the pool, you also have access to a small toilet and a washing machine.

So you have everything you need for an all-round wonderful holiday.


The rental price includes an electricity consumption according to rental contract. An additional consumption will be billed separately.
A security deposit will be charged prior to arrival and will be refunded within 14 days of departure if no damages have been made.
There is a cleaning fee, which is not included in the rental price. The laundry costs for bed linen/towels are listed separately when booking.
From the 1 July until 31 August the arrivals and departures can only be realized on a Saturday.
We kindly ask for your understanding that we can only accept bookings made at least 7 days before arrival and where the minimum age is over 26 years.
