About this property

Summary:
The rental price must be paid by bank transfer. In addition to the displayed price, the following expenses are to pay in cash upon arrival:

- booking fee 51 €
- inscription fee 5 €/person
- final cleaning 140 €
- key delivery 30 €
- bed linen/towels 15 € / person / set (obligatory)
- guarantee 400 € (will be refunded 1 week after departure)

The rent includes 85 kwh / week for electricity and 8 cbm/week for water(additional consumption must be paid extra - payable in cash on departure).

Between November till May the expenses for electricity, water and gas must be payed completely per consumption and internet 40 €/month.

The Space:
Marvelous holiday villa near the beach in a quiet residential area with private pool.
The house was newly built in 2019 and offers a modern, spacious architecture with comfortable furnishings.

On the ground floor there is a spacious living-dining room (with air conditioning), 1 kitchen (with dishwasher), 2 bathrooms, 2 bedrooms (each with air conditioning). Upstairs is the 3rd bedroom (with air conditioning and exit to a roof terrace with a wonderful view).

Internet is available for tenants television in all languages. There is also an alarm system and two outdoor cameras so that security is fully guaranteed.
For the winter month there is a modern central electrical heating.

There is a locked car parking space on the property.

Overall, a highly recommended house to spend a relaxing vacation.

Getting Around:
Pebble beach about 1,5 km, sandy beach 3 km, restaurants and supermarket 0,5 km.

Other Things to Note:
Dog keeping not allowed. Minimum age of the tenants 25 years. Groups with singles are not accepted (we only accept families with children or couples).

Modern und Zentral

Sehr modernes, voll ausgestattetes Haus mit wirklich allen Möglichkeiten für eine Familie oder kleine Gruppe. Fußläufig alle denkbaren Einkaufsmöglichkeiten und Gastronomie. Kurze Fahrten mit dem Auto zu mehreren Stränden und Sehenswürdigkeiten. Was möchte das Urlauberherz mehr?

A REFAIRE VOLONTIER

A notre arrivée, nous avons été très bien reçu par Martina. Très belle maison avec piscine et un extérieur magnifique. Idéale pour le farniente. La maison est très fonctionnelle, et toute équipée. Il ne manque rien ! Quartier très calme et à proximité de commerces. Je recommande très vivement cette propriété ainsi que l'agence par laquelle nous avons réservé.

Gerne wieder

Die Kommunikation vor der Anreise als auch während des Aufenthalts war sehr gut. Wir würden mit einem Obstkorb und Flasche Wein herzlich empfangen. Das Haus war modern und sehr gut eingerichtet, die Küche super ausgestattet. Zum Strand muss man mit dem Auto fahren, zu Fuß wäre doch etwas zu weit. Vielen Dank an Martina Wilmes

Super Haus

Wir waren zwei Wochen in diesem tollen Haus. Es hat alles was das Herz begehrt! Die Küche ist super ausgestattet, die Zimmer sind sehr sauber und die Terasse und der Balkon sind einfach nur tolle Orte um sich zu entspannen! Wir haben es sehr genossen und empfehlen dieses Haus jedem der einen entspannten Ferienaufenthalt geniessen möchte!
