We enjoyed our stay...wonderful views. The apartment was very nice, clean & quiet. To our surprise the apartment was on the top floor & we basically had 5 flights of stairs to haul all our stuff up & down. Also there was a book on what NOT to do but no info on where to find the washer or how to operate the appliances or high end coffee maker. This type of info would be very help.Thanks

Wir haben es genossen, eine Woche in dieser wunderschönen Wohnung zu verbringen. David ist ein sehr hilfsbereiter Gastgeber, der alle Probleme sofort löst. Die Wohnung ist komplett ausgestattet, inklusive Klimaanlage, die an heißen Tagen gut funktioniert. Die Wohnung ist wunderschön gelegen - schöne Aussicht - und es ist wunderbar ruhig.

Schöne Ferienwohnung und toller Ausblick ☀️

Die Wohnung war sauber, groß und schön. Leider hatte es mit der Email für den Code der Schüsselbox nicht geklappt, aber ich konnte den Vermieter sofort erreichen und dann hat es wunderbar funktioniert. Wir hatten dort einen schönen Urlaub!

Ich hab für eine große Geburtstagsfeier eine Unterkunft gesucht und bin hier fündig geworden. Die Beschreibung ist TOP und sehr zutreffend. Die Ausstattung der Wohnung ist gehoben und jeden Euro wert. Die Wegbeachreibung ist sehr gut und das Check In völlig problemlos und einfach. Die Umgebung ist wunderschön und vorallem als Großstadt Mensch, traumhaft ruhig und der Ausblick vom Balkon, egal zu welcher Tageszeit beeindruckend. Gern komm ich wieder.

Sehr schöne, edel gestaltete Ferienwohnung

Wir hatten einen sehr schönen Aufenthalt. Die Wohnung sehr edel gestaltet in einem nach unserer Einschätzung nicht mehr ganz neuen Wohngebäude. Bis auf wenige Details alles gut. Die Leiter zu hochbett sollte vielleicht noch befestigt werden 😉 Viele Grüsse

Wir haben ein Wochenende in der Wohnung verbracht, es ist alles ohne Probleme top abgelaufen! Die Wohnung war sehr sauber, Betten frisch bezogen, frisches Obst. Check - In war total unkompliziert. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war ebenso super. Wir würden in dieser Gegend diese Wohnung immer wieder bevorzugen. Danke für den tollen Aufenthalt.

Unrichtige Angaben.

Ich habe das gesamte Apartment gebucht und bezahlt. Bei Ankunft musste ich feststellen, dass der Vermieter ein Schlafzimmer abgeschlossen hat. Somit stand mir nicht das volle Apartment wie gebucht und bezahlt zur Verfügung! Der Vermieter meit, das er es immer so macht. Also wenn ich ein Apartment buche, was mit 2 Schlafzimmer angegeben wird, und ich dieses extra buche, weil ich 2 Schlafzimmer brauche, möchte ich nicht vom Vermieter ein abgeschlossen bekommen und mir vorschreiben lassen, in welchem Zimmer ich zu Schlafen habe! Dies ist ein Vertgragsbruch! Aber Hauptsache voll bezahlt!!! Hier sind noch kleinere Mängel in der Wohnung, welche der Vermieter abstellen möchte.

Lieber Gast, wie bereits telefonisch erklärt/besprochen, das Appartement wurde für 2 Personen gebucht! Telefonisch wurde auch deutlich von uns gefragt ob das abgeschlossene Zimmer benötigt wird und von Ihnen mit klarer Aussage verneint. Somit sehen wir hier als Gastgeber kein Vertragsbruch! Die Ursache für das abgeschlossene Zimmer wurde ebenso kommuniziert! In der Vergangenheit gab es immer wieder Fälle, dass das Appartement für 2 Personen gebucht war und wir letzten Endes 6 Gäste hatten, um das zu vermeiden schließen wir das Zimmer ab! Vielen Dank
