Towels: Used towels may be placed in laundry baskets in storage closet next to the mural/ skylight bedroom.

You don’t have to leave the property! We had three generations of family here for the weekend and we thoroughly enjoyed ourselves. Shannon has put a lot of thought into the details and it makes a big difference and a very enjoyable stay. Would recommend!

We visited with 5 kids (3-10 years old) and 7 adults. There was plenty of space for everyone. Kids absolutely loved the pool and game room. Adults enjoyed cards on the porch and a few quiet moments in the gazebo. Shannon was super responsive and accommodated our last minute reservation including an early check in. Overall great vacation spot, near Saugatuck, orchards, and the beach. Would definately recommend!

Lots of space for everyone! We had 15-16 people ages 13-79 for our stay. Open concept kitchen with everything we needed. Lots of counter space and a few cabinets left empty for us to put our food in. Plenty of paper towel, kitchen towels, paper plates, to-go containers for leftovers, plastic wrap, foil, zipper baggies. Fun coffee bar! Enough seats at the dining tables for all of us. Nice sitting areas throughout the house. The bedrooms were well appointed with comfortable mattresses, ceiling fans and table fans, and USB ported bedside lamps. 3 spacious full bathrooms with plenty of bath and pool towels, body wash/shampoo/conditioner in each shower, and plenty of toilet paper. Beautiful semi-enclosed area outside the main entrance with a gas grill and a Blackstone with propane provided.The game room was a favorite with a huge TV, ping pong table, pool table, shuffleboard table, comfy sectional couch and a partially stocked beverage fridge. The grounds were great with a basketball/pickleball court, a very clean shallow-only pool with a net for games, lots of chaise lounges, tables and chairs, and umbrellas, corn hole boards, a fire pit, and a huge gazebo. Plenty of parking for our 6-7 cars. The host was great with communication. Highly recommend!

We love the location of this propert! Walking distance to downtown, a 5 min drive to Hutchins Lake and only 10-15 min from Holland and Saugatuck.

What makes this property unique

The architecture on this property is like nothing in our area! We love that we took the original design and made it modern and functional for large group vacations. To have a beautiful, unique backdrop while enjoying your own private villa we think is pretty special and a one of a kind experience! The kind you keep telling your friends and family about.
