Peaceful cottage

I LOVED House Mayfa! After making the cottage my home for 65 nights I was very sad to leave. It is on a quiet road that dead ends at an old dairy farm. Neighbors are quiet and respectful. The home is quaint and extremely comfortable. The hosts have incorporated lots of local and tasteful antiques and accessories. The house has a well stocked kitchen and can accommodate entertaining friends with the provision of nice silver and china. Items for children are available if desired. The home is well situated and one can easily access shopping, tourist location, and other places of interest. Frankfurt, Stuttgart, and Gerardmer are easy drives within 2 or 3 hours. As a solo female traveler I felt extremely safe at House Mayfa. The hosts were accessible at a moments notice to address any issues or provide advice.

En und sich erholeAlles völlig unkompliziert und problemlos. Super Unterkunft, großzügig und perfekt ausgestattet . Viel Platz, schöne Schlafzimmer. Die Treppe nach oben ist etwas steil. Könnte für eingeschränkte Menschen und Hunde schwierig werden. Tolle Gegend, wandern, Essen und Wein!!! Gerne wieder!!!!

Kurztrip ins Elsaß mit Hund

Wir waren 3 Nächte dort mit Hund. Das Haus ist ganz toll und das eingezäunte Grundstück für den Hund prima. Es ist alles vorhanden. Küche voll ausgestattet mit viel Geschirr; Handtücher, Bettwäsche. Alles da. Es ist sehr schön eingerichtet mit alten Möbeln und sehr gemütlich. Durch die moderne Heizung war es ruck-zuck warm. Waren im Oktober dort; abends ist es dann doch frisch. Habe auch eine Klimaanlage gesehen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Vermieter war super; er ist sehr nett. Später dann nur noch über Whatsapp. Schade, dass es kein deutsches Fernsehen gibt. Wissembourg ist ganz schnell zu erreichen - und immer auf dem Weg mein Lieblingssupermarkt MATCH. Wir kommen gerne wieder - Frühjahr/Sommer. A bientot Corinna

Top-Unterkunft für Familie mit Hund

Wir waren zu dritt mit Hund in dieser sehr schönen Unterkunft und haben den Auftenthalt dort sehr genossen. Für Reisen mit Hund ist das eingezäunte Grundstück und die Nähe zu den Feldern super!

Superbe petite maison 4 façades, bien agencée, spacieuse et très propre! Une panier avec un jouet nous attendait pour accueillir notre chien. La rue est très peu fréquentée et calme. Le jardin est grand, nous avons pu fatiguer notre berger Australien en le faisant courir après notre Frisbee. Nous nous y sommes senti comme chez nous.

Ein wunderschönes Haus

Mit meiner Frau und Hund erwartete uns ein toll eingerichtetes wunderschönes Haus mit Hof. Uns fehlte an Nichts, die Gegend ist auch zauberhaft. Wir haben einfach paar entpante Tage verbracht und vielen Dank dafür an Raphaël und Barbara.

Schönes Haus in toller Umgebung

Der Vermieter hat uns ab der Buchung mit allen wichtigen Informationen zum Haus, dem Check-In, etc. versorgt und auch viele Empfehlungen für Aktivitäten in der Umgebung gegeben. Am Tag der Anreise wurde die Schlüsselübergabe gut organisiert und so konnten wir trotz etwas späterer Anreise problemlos das Haus beziehen. Hof und Gebäude sehen von aussen frisch rennoviert aus und auch im Inneren war alles wie man es sich für einen Urlaub wünscht: Gut ausgestattete Küche mit mehr als genug Sitzplätzen, gemütliches Wohnzimmer und zwei schöne Schlafzimmer unter dem Dach (mit Schrägen und schön hohen Decken). Dazu ein WC im DG und ein größeres Bad im EG. Alles war schön sauber, die Betten frisch bezogen und alles in allem für uns perfekt! Vielen Dank nochmal an Raphael und seine Frau für die Vermietung des Hauses und die stets nette und aufmerksame Kommunikation während unseres Aufenthalts.
