Very cute home in a great location. Beautiful views all around and the host was very receptive and kind to any inquiries. Although many beds were small, everyone slept comfortably and overall was one of the best vacations!!

Thank you for your 4‑star review. Glad you enjoyed the home, location, and views, and that our team was responsive to your inquiries. Sorry some of the beds were on the smaller side — glad everyone still slept comfortably. We’ll review the bedding and consider clearer notes about bed sizes to set expectations. Happy this was one of your best vacations — we appreciate the feedback and hope to host you again at 1126 Western Road.

We really enjoyed the layout of the home. It made it easy with 8 of us for everyone to have a space. However, it was hot and we couldn't get the sliding door open and the other didn't have a screen, so we didn't want bugs. The upstairs was really hot. When we woke up in the morning, we noticed a bat on the floor next to the table. It flew up towards the bookshelf. It was odd because I thought I saw it the night before while watching TV, but I talked myself out of it. The management company did a great job trying to help, communicating and ultimately moving us to another property. It was only one night, a bit of a pain to move 8 people and the second property was not ideal only having two bathrooms. We ended up leaving earlier than checkout since it wasn't reasonable for us all to shower in 2 bathrooms. We just headed home to Denver early.

Thank you for your 4‑star review. Glad the layout at 1126 Western Road worked well for your group. Sorry the sliding door wouldn’t open, one door lacked a screen, the upstairs was uncomfortably hot, and especially for the bat sighting — that would be unsettling. I’m glad our team communicated and moved you, but I apologize for the hassle of relocating eight people and that the alternate home’s two bathrooms made your stay impractical. We’ve notified maintenance to repair the sliding door and screens, asked HVAC/inspection to address the upstairs heat, and scheduled wildlife/pest to inspect and seal any entry points. We’ll also review our relocation procedures to better match replacement properties to group needs. Thank you for the detailed feedback — we appreciate it and hope to host you again at Stay Winter Park.
