We are new to VRBO, but not new to hosting. We have hundreds of 5-star reviews on that other site ;-)

Entire, spacious, squeaky clean, restful 3-bedroom, 2-bathroom home that sleeps up to 8 adults. Fully stocked kitchen, coffee nook, fast Starlink internet.

Just steps from the iconic Grand Canyon Railway, where trains depart daily for Grand Canyon National Park and, in winter, the magical Polar Express Holiday train to the North Pole! We decorate for Christmas!

5-minute walk to shops, restaurants and Route 66.

Sleep & Comfort

Rest easy in premium 100% cotton linens on 1 king bed, 2 queen beds and 1 queen sofabed. The Grand Canyon Railway Hotel sits between the rail tracks and our home — absorbing sound for deep, peaceful sleep.

Central heat/AC and double-paned windows keeps things quiet year-round.

Families love the 3 toddler cots and 1 pack 'n play provided for all guests. We have books and games for all ages. Plus, some kid-sized chairs, a quiet reading nook and a high chair.

Bathrooms

One full bath with a soaking tub, another bath with a walk-in shower and optional bathing chair — great for all ages and accessibility needs.
