Like new, completely renovated, and fully equipped. Also ideal for working, with a desk and high-speed internet. The city centre, the vineyards, the Black Forest, and the famous Lichtentaler Allee are all within walking distance.<br><br><br>The accommodation:<br><br>The house and the apartment were completely renovated in 2022 and furnished with new furniture. The apartment is located on the ground floor and has its own entrance. The 70-square-meter apartment consists of a bedroom, living room, kitchen with dining table, bathroom, storage room, and balcony with a great view of the Black Forest.<br><br>All rooms have natural light and electric shutters. The bedroom and living room each have large floor-to-ceiling windows with access to the furnished balcony.<br><br>In addition to the usual furniture and accessories such as bed linens and towels, you’ll find everything you need for a stay in beautiful Baden-Baden right here in the apartment. The fully equipped kitchen, the washing machine, and the two TVs make longer stays possible. And if you ever find that something is missing, we’ll be happy to help.<br><br><br>Surroundings:<br><br>Enjoy the stunning surroundings on foot, by bike, or even in a horse-drawn carriage. You can park your car on the street for free and without risk. Public transport is also nearby.<br><br>There’s a great wine trail right in the area, winding around the Eckberg and Schafsberg. You can start right at the apartment. <br><br>Other highlights in the immediate area include the world-famous Lichtentaler Allee and the Merkur, which offers a breathtaking view and a restaurant (accessible on foot, by bike, or by mountain railway). <br><br>The city centre area of Baden-Baden, with its famous sights, shops, restaurants, cafés, and bars, is also within easy reach—by foot (15–20 min), bike (5–10 min), bus (5 min), or car (5 min).<br><br>By car, you can reach the beautiful attractions in the Black Forest National Park in about 15 minutes. Here you can hike, bike, or—in winter—ski and go sledding. <br><br>For your daily needs, a bakery, a supermarket, a café, and a restaurant are all within walking distance.<br><br><br>Transport:<br><br>You can park on the street easily, safely, and for free. A bus stop is a 3-minute walk away. Upon prior arrangement, we can provide a lockable storage area for your bicycles.<br><br><br>Additional important information:<br><br>The apartment is equipped for a maximum of 2 adults and 2 children up to 18 years of age. A travel cot for babies and a high chair can be provided upon request. <br><br>Please note that the city of Baden-Baden charges a tourist tax of 3.80 euros per person (ages 18 and older) per night, which must be paid in cash to the host upon arrival.
