Bay Point Village is located in Osage Beach at the 24MM, just off the KK area, placing you close to many of the Lake's most popular restaurants, shopping, golf, and entertainment spots. Osage Beach is a central Lake of the Ozarks hub for dining, nightlife, water activities, and shopping, including favorites like lakefront restaurants, outlet and boutique shopping, boat rentals, and family-friendly attractions. Guests can explore nearby dining and live music by land or water, head toward Margaritaville Lake Resort and the KK corridor, enjoy golf courses around Osage Beach, or spend the day shopping, boating, swimming, and cruising the main channel. The Lake of the Ozarks area is also known for public beaches, championship golf, caves, waterfront entertainment, and classic lake attractions.

Other Things to Note:
• This condo is on the 2nd floor, which is the same level as parking. There is no elevator
• Many cars can park in unmarked spaces without passes, and Trailer parking is allowed in the designated lot
• Swimming and fishing are allowed from the community docks
• The minimum age to book this property is 25 years old and it is best suited for families and groups of friends.
• This property does not permit loud parties. Gatherings that are responsible and respectful are permitted.
• Smoking is not allowed indoors or outdoors on the premises.
• This property is easily accessible by road and does not require 4WD. All roads are paved; however, in winter, they may ice over and become difficult to navigate.

Getting There:
We highly recommend having a vehicle for your stay. Rideshare companies like LakeRide Pros are available, however, we recommend that you book well in advance. You will have ease of access via state highways and blacktop roads. This property is located approximately 3 hours from St. Louis and Kansas City, and a half-day drive from Nebraska, Illinois, Iowa, Kansas, and Arkansas, creating great access for families and friends to connect and gather! The International airport is in Kansas City, and regional airports are available in St. Louis, Columbia, and Springfield.
