The living room sofa converts into a sofa bed, and we also provide two pull-out twin beds for larger groups, allowing the space to comfortably accommodate additional guests.

Overall, I would say a good place. Communication with the host was a little spotty. Nothing major, but I was the one that had to reach out for a check out instructions and clarification on the parking pass.

We didn’t feel the rental was up to par with all the places we’ve stayed at in the past - this was our first time using Vrbo to book a rental. The apartment floor was dirty all around which was a big issue as we have a crawling baby (we notified ahead we are coming with a baby). At least one pillow on each bed had dirty pillow case on (still smelled like the people previously laying on it, and had staining / yellowing). The walls and baseboards throughout the apartment looked damaged and beat up in every space - maintenance should be done on this issue to make the apartment look presentable and be worth the price the host is asking for. There were not enough utensils, glasses and not enough plates to accommodate the amount of people that host marked in the listing can stay at the apartment - we were only 4 people and couldn’t have a meal where everyone was eating at the same time due to the lack of these basic necessities. The building itself is great, the area is walkable, the city view was great but the apartment itself needs some improvement! We would not be staying at this rental again for the above reasons. Also notified the host about the issues, hopefully they’ll able to remedy some if not all for future guests!

We strongly dispute these claims, which are 100% inaccurate and fabricated. This review was posted only after we filed a damage claim for damage caused during the guest’s stay, including damage to the walls and decor. Our previous guest reviews do not reflect anything remotely similar to the conditions described here. We have provided Vrbo with documentation regarding the matter and are working with them to have this retaliatory review removed. We encourage future guests to consider our overall review history and not these unfounded claims.

Clean Apartment with all the amenities you would expect. The views and locations are excellent. The workout facilities are amazing. It has a nice pool on the 7th floor and communal BBQ grilling areas as well. The nice perk about this property was the pet relief area, also on the 7th floor. It's great that you don't have to go all the way down to the street and find a safe area in the middle of the night.The key faub's and use of screen control at the elevators and room/facilities access was well explained by the host prior to our arrival. Read the details and you'll figure it out quickly. We would definitely consider staying here in the future.
