Beautiful property and area. Just minutes away from the beach, grocery stores, and restaurants. The host was very responsive if we needed anything. Can’t wait to stay here again in the future when the rest of the amenities are built and available for use!

We absolutely loved this house! It was beautiful inside and out and exceptionally clean. The kitchen was fully stocked with everything you could possibly need, making it easy to prepare meals during our stay.The primary bedroom and bathroom were amazing—the bed was incredibly comfortable, and the soaking tub was a definite highlight! The other four bedrooms were all spacious, and the second living room upstairs was perfect for our large group. There was plenty of room for everyone to spread out and relax.The garage was stocked with thoughtful extras, beach chairs, and a beach umbrella, which was a nice bonus.If I could rate this home, I would give it a **9.9 out of 10**. The only minor drawback was the nearby construction, which started around 7:00 a.m. each morning. However, it's clearly temporary, as they are building a pool house and additional units nearby.Check-in and check-out were seamless, and the host was responsive, friendly, and professional throughout our stay.The location was excellent—about 5 minutes from downtown Lewes and approximately 20–30 minutes from Rehoboth Beach, depending on traffic.Overall, we had a wonderful experience and would rent this home again without hesitation. Highly recommended!!!

The house was perfect for our son’s birthday celebration with friends. It had a separated section with 3 bedrooms and 2 baths that they could enjoy as their own. The house was spacious, clean and comfortable. It was less than 10 minutes to Lewes beach and historic downtown and had plenty of restaurants and grocery stores nearby. Rehobeth beach was only 15 to 20 minutes away as well. The hosts were responsive and helpful. I would highly recommend the property.
