Beautiful open floor concept in the living/kitchen/dining area allows your entire group to gather and spend quality time together. Custom shiplap has been added with reclaimed wood throughout the living room and a built-in drink station adds that special touch. No need to fill up the fridge with drinks, when you can stock the beverage fridge for easy access. The kitchen is fully stocked with supplies if you'd like to cook, or cruise to one of the nearby restaurants for your meals. This home has everything you will need to create a home away from home while on vacation!
This home is professionally managed by All 30A Properties, comes with four adult bicycles, a 6 seater golf cart, access to the community's huge resort style pool, and the option to rent additional bikes as a discounted rate directly through our company.

Pets are allowed but will require a $200 non-refundable pet fee (most of the time added after booking, based on platform).

We absolutely loved our stay! The neighborhood was great to walk in and close to the beach. The backyard was amazing for hanging out and tanning. We were very comfortable here and would come back again.

Great place with great amenities (golf cart, lagoon pool with waterfalls, bikes, beach gear) - we loved the nearby beach too! The whole family had a wonderful time.

We enjoyed the spaciousness of the house and the well equipped large kitchen is ideal for families. The backyard space was great with a grill, fire pit, fenced in yard and seating. The resort like pool was incredible. The best we’ve experienced!

Good location

This house in a good location to the beach and other amenities. The cleanliness could be better as we found hair in the bathtubs and the front and back doors were very dirty. One of the ceiling fan in the upstairs bedroom did not work. But over all the house was comfortable for our family.

Beautiful home in a great neighborhood very close to the beach. The community pool was very large. The fenced yard was perfect for our dogs. We attempted to reach out to the host on a couple of occasions with no response at all
