Scott the owner was super responsive. Perfect place for my family of four who wanted to experience car week. Mixed use neighborhood was different for us but perfect for our stay. We walked to coffee shop in morning and had great conversations with locals. We walked to dinner one night and had one of the best sushi meals we have had in a long time. Explored the neighborhood on foot and saw amazing murals on the commercial building walls that intermix with the homes in the area. Lastly, beach was also within walking distance.
