Great location and apartment
We met our host Jose Maria who kindly took us round the property and gave us some tips /pointers of where everything was in both the apartment and the local area.
Really nice guy and couldn't be more helpful. We thoroughly enjoyed our stay and would come back again. Pool was lovely and quiet, never a problem getting
loungers as its a residential block. Plenty of local restaurants and shops. Thank you for a comfortable and pleasant stay.

Heel welkom ontvangst, met een goede uitleg over het appartement en bijhorende parking. Heel mooi en goed uitgerust appartement, met een mooi uitzicht van op het balkon. Het appartement is ook uitgerust met een airco, een vaatwas en een wasmachine, wat voor ons toch net wat meer luxe geeft. Het appartement bevindt zich op het 5de verdiep, waardoor we wel minder waterdruk in de douche hadden, maar dit vonden we niet erg.
Een 2-persoonsbed en 2-persoonszetelbed met beddengoed was aanwezig, maar hadden voor ons gevoel te harde matrassen.
Ook een klein minpuntje is dat onze dochter van 6 jaar geen zwemband rond haar middel mocht dragen in het zwembad. Hier kunnen de verhuurder uiteraard niet aan doen, maar toch belangrijk om te weten wanneer je met kindjes daar wenst te verblijven.
Het appartement ligt dicht bij supermarktjes, eetgelegenheden en het strand was ook niet ver. Het was een ideale uitvalsbasis voor het maken van uitstappen in Gran Canaria. Een echte aanrader.
