The Gurgltal Refugia is a high-end earth house in the picturesque Gurgltal valley. The Refugia is situated on a hillside with an unobstructed view of the valley in a quiet residential area.

Vaulted ceilings, generous windows, and the cosy feel of an earth house are an experience in themselves.

Your private 100m² garden, complete with a fire pit, barbecue area, and a giant swing right outside your front door, offers everything you need for a truly special, relaxing holiday in the Tyrolean mountains.



Apartment:

The interior, with its high vaulted ceilings and storage spaces lovingly crafted from Swiss stone pine, offers an unforgettable living experience for guests of all ages.
The Refugia consists of a dining area with a kitchenette, 2 separate bedrooms (one bedroom with a TV and internet stick), a bathroom with a shower, and a separate toilet.

Right outside the front door is your own private garden area, approximately 100 m² in size, featuring a fire pit, barbecue facilities, a giant swing, and a lawn.
Firewood for the stove and fire pit can be provided upon request.
A child seat is available for the giant swing and can be easily installed.
Right next to your Refugia is a storage room that can be used to store skis, suitcases, and similar items.
Access to the accommodation
The accommodation itself and the enclosed garden area are available for your exclusive use for the duration of your stay.
From your private parking space, you can reach the Gurgltal Refugia via a separate entrance.



On-site costs: The local tax is payable on site. A final cleaning fee and/or security deposit may be charged additionally, depending on the agreement. Check-out: 10:00 AM. Please enquire directly with the host in advance regarding check-in and house rules (smoking, pets, children, quiet hours).



Check-in is available from 4:00 PM to 8:00 PM, and check-out from 7:00 AM to 10:00 AM.
