Come stay in this exquisite home among the trees, watch the fireflies flicker from the deck, while you sip your favorite beverage or BBQ your favorite dish. Fully equipped with a king bed, fireplace, coffee bar, beverage fridge, and great wifi. You can get a little work done, or just stream a movie. Close to the Hiwassee River and dock access if that's what floats your boat (or Kayak!). Or get needed downtime right before the big wedding.

Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Leave both AC's set to 72 degrees or heat to 68 degrees
Be sure to logout of your entertainment accounts on both TV's
Check out is 11:00 am however please let us know if you decide to leave earlier.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
No smoking of anything! Inside or outside.If evidence of smoking indoors is discovered, an additional fee of $200 (cigarettes, marijuana or vaping)
Unauthorised guests beyond what is stated in the reservation will result in a $100 per guest per night fee.
If you do not comply with these house rules, your reservation will be subject to immediate cancellation without refund.

Great property, extremely clean and neat. Secluded location, very close to lake access and within 30 minutes of next large town. Communication with host was excellent and prompt.
