The home was super clean. The only gripe I have is that there were a lot of shield bugs (stink bugs). We arrived late at night and I am terrified of any bug so much friend had to get them out before I could go to sleep. She counted and she got 10 out the first night. Then there were about 5 more the next day. Other than that, the house was perfect.

Great property!!

Booked this home to stay in while we attended a sports tournament in Dayton. Perfect location, spacious, clean and very helpful property manager. Would definitely stay here again!!

Great place to stay!

We really enjoyed our time at the river house. I wish we had a few more days to explore on the kayaks but we hope to come back in the future. Beds were very comfortable and kitchen had everything we needed. I would definitely recommend!

The house is large and comfortably sleeps six people. The split level affords privacy. The location is pretty far out away from any amenities. It’s great if you want seclusion and to just hang at the house. The property site is deep in the hills and the road is narrow and curvy. Driving after dark can be nerve racking. Access to the kayaks and paddle boards is difficult. The entire back yard is on a steep slope and there are no stairs. Parking is also difficult. There’s only room for one vehicle. The property is great for families looking to spend time on the lake and inside playing games.

Beautiful Water View

We had a great time renting this house with beautiful views. We used this house as a home base for our sons National Basketball Championship games. Better than staying in a hotel. Very comfortable and clean.

This house has everything you need and much more! It’s a beautiful property and there was even a hummingbird to charm me. My only problem was that I wanted to stay longer. The views were great and to be enjoyed on the balcony with your coffee. Well done!!

Awesome River Home

Bass Tournament

Great little property with everything you need for a quick get-away. Boat parking is sub-par but doable. Host is very good with communication.

Wedding

We stayed here for 2 nights for a relatives Wedding at the Mystic Lodge and it was perfect. Communication was excellent and everything was very clean. I didn’t cook much but the kitchen was stocked with everything you would need. Even coffee, they have a Keurig which if you’re like me…I appreciate very much. It was the perfect location for us. Wish we could have stayed longer to really enjoy the area.

Perfect Place!

Our group came to visit for a Wild Mustang Clinic in Pikesville,TN. The Rive house was a 40 min drive from Pikesville but it was perfect for us. The owner is a wonderful communicator. Plenty of room to spread out and everything was provided. The perfect touch was not left out she even added popcorn and coffee! We home you visit again soon!

Wonderful Place To Stay

We had a lovely time staying at your river house , everything was clean and well stocked, the kids wanted me to thank you for the popsicles you left for them in the freezer. We saw rabbits, groundhogs and deer in the back yard within 20 minutes of being there. Your flowerbeds looked lovely. I will most certainly be marking you in my favorites for our next visit. Great location

We shared this with another family while our kids were at the NACA tournament. This was a perfect location and close enough to everything, while still being in a quiet and beautiful location. A perfect place to rest up after a long day. Everything was as advertised, communication was perfect, and the house was well maintained. A high point was that there are several areas outside that were great for relaxing with a bbq grill, fire pits, and just comfort everywhere. If I’m ever in the area again,this will be the first place I check.

Great Stay

This was our stay for the 2024 Bassmaster High School National Championship. We absolutely loved the place. It has a nice grill, and a big deck to hang out on with great views, beds are nice and comfy, showers and bathrooms were great, washer dryer. It had a new boat ramp in the same cove the house is. If pulling boats you will need to leave them at the neighbor Dale's house near the boat ramp. Dale was awesome, parking for 2 20 footers, electric hookup with ease, and felt safe leaving them with Dale. I will definitely rent this again next time at the Chick.
