Family Time

Wonderful getaway to enjoy some quality time with family. House was wonderful with great views and access to the lake for boating and paddle boarding. Everyone enjoyed the fire pit in the evenings and pingpong. Would have been ideal to have one more bedroom with a queen or king size bed for adults but we made do with the queen bunks.

Bad Mattress and worms?

Overall, the view was the best part of the home. The neighborhood was a little sketchy, with deteriorating mobile homes very close by. The home was dirty in several aspects including the grill, windows, the laundry room had a very bad odor coming from the sink area and there were little round worms all over the floor next to any exterior door with land access. This made me very nervous, considering we had our 2 dogs with us. Our dogs are vaccinated and treated for everything but I don’t know what the worms were. The mattress on the only non bunk bed in the home made sleeping very difficult, it needs to be replaced, as many others have commented. It rises on the side and rolls you into the middle and had no support. This is the only VRBO I would not book again I’ve stayed in if given the chance.

Great family getaway!

House was great & host was responsive to all needs. The kids enjoyed playing in the water! It was so nice being in the cove and not worry about the kids getting pulled out into the lake. The water is only a few feet deep by the dock so our kids (10 & 12 yrs) were able to stand up. They (and I) loved the SUPs! The adults got to relax and enjoy the view. We had some intense ping pong battles as well!

Pictures accurately portray the property. Troy was a great and responsive host. Would definitely recommend this property to anyone looking to stay in the area. Absolutely beautiful view of the lake, very clean and updated home.

Its the perfect distance away from Chattanooga..close enough to go out for the day on the water or stay for the week....you will definitely feel like you entered Margaritaville......Relax.....It's 5 O' clock Somewhere......
