If you're looking for a getaway that feels like you are miles away from the the real world and very close to nature, then this property is perfect for you. Satellite TV, and WiFi. You can take a break away from electronics with fishing, campfires, and kayaking!
Bring your boat or wave runner and be ready to fish, swim, paddle board or just enjoy the sunsets on the Tennessee / Hiwassee River. Sit around the fire pit at night and enjoy hot dogs and smores! PLEASE NOTE: LATE FALL AND WINTER WATER LEVELS ARE TOO LOW TO DOCK BOAT. Water levels fluctuate late fall - winter.

Cozy, Comfortable Stay!

We had a lovely stay at this property. Teresa was very responsive to any questions (not that we had many). The set up was easy to use and met our expectations. The property is somewhat distant from restaurants/stores, but there is a Dollar General and several convenience stores closer to the property with a numerous stores/restaurants available at a little further distance. We would definitely recommend staying here. Thank you!

Perfect little getaway

We traveled to Birchwood for a wedding and this was the perfect place to stay. Cozy and clean, we enjoyed the holiday decor and views of the water. It was great!
