This private resort/campground caught my eye with the 50-acre lake, beach, fishing, putt-putt, pools, a short walk to a waterfall, swings, a water slide, and outdoor relaxing opportunities, as well as the kid-friendly playgrounds and fun places to drive around to meet new neighbors. The holiday events brighten any celebration. The small-town slow lifestyle and outdoor couches on an extended covered front porch and front yard dining/seating with a beautiful fire pit invite you to lay back and relax.

Our Tiny home is unique as we are so close to Helen, an alpine village featuring Bavarian-style architecture and imitation German culture with Oktoberfest in the fall and summer entertainment.
We have added a fire pit, grill, and outdoor seating so you can enjoy any season, and the resort offers so many opportunities for family fun and amenities outdoors. We are unique as we are a private gated community with gate staff for extra safety.
