This property is amazing! Quiet and the people around you are nice and friendly! Just an all around nice place to stay! Would not hesitate to stay here again!
It was a nice place to stay, especially since my Grandmother lives directly across the street. The campground is gorgeous and quiet. The camper did what we needed it to do.
This was a perfect fit for my small family and a great point to go visit the different sites and Helen. Host thought of everything, had great communication, and was available without being invasive. Would stay again.
Listing was exactly as described. The host was easy to work with. I doubt I will stay here again as I don't think I want to do the RV thing again, but I knew that going in.
Had a girls trip with my 2 besties and it was great! Super clean, lots of amenities and super cute. We roasted marshmallows in the fire pit, made a few meals in the kitchen (pots and pans included and even an ice maker!) And the hot tub was wonderful. Super close to Helen for the Oktober Fest (about 11 miles). 10 out of 10 would recommend!
My daughter and I needed a place to hang our hats at the end of each day to relax after our travels in the immediate area. The area had many things to do, we were never bored. The North Georgia wildlife park and safari was a very short jaunt away and a little gem in the area. The hot tub on the property made the end of our day even more relaxing after our hikes to some of the beautiful waterfalls. Our stay was very enjoyable and the few times I reached out to the property owner with questions he was prompt and helpful.
We found the 5th wheel camper/trailer to be very comfortable. The host was very helpful with any questions we had and provided answers quickly. The camper was stocked with all the amenities that were spelled out in the VRBO description. We had a great time and will certainly consider going back there if we head for North Georgia any time soon.
We had an Amazing time! Greg is the best host I’ve ever had. He went out of his way when I had problems and rescheduled my stay! I even forgot the key and his amazing housekeeper Megan brought us an extra one. The property is awesome! The trees were beautiful in the fall. We will definitely stay here again in the future! Thank you Greg for everything!! You and Megan are Amazing!!!!!!

You’re very welcome!
Glad you had a good time and enjoyed your stay.
Love to have you back again!
I would recommend this to anyone looking for somewhere to stay while visiting all the things surrounding this camp ground. We went to the highest peak in Georgia, tubing, water park, and amazing shops, rollercoaster mountain, and carriage rides in Helen,Ga (10 miles away) and then we rented jet skis and played in Lake Chatuge in Hiawasee, Ga about 30 minute drive. We only spent 3 days so I did not get to do the many other things like chasing waters falls in Cleveland or visit any of the many state parks. Like I said great spot to lay your head while visiting great places within 30 miles of each other. We seen mountains in 4 different states and road jet skis in 2 it’s a great corner of the country!
We rented this place on short notice bc our other rental had maintenance issues. Glad it was available on short notice. My little girl has wanted to stay in an *RV* since she watched Bonnie and her RV in Toy Story. This was an end-of-the-summer trip and she was in love. The location was great (right across from the pool!) The setup was nice. Loved sitting in the recliners in the evening with our feet propped up from the fun long day. She loved the massage feature on the chairs. Communication was great with Greg. He sent all the info we needed. Videos to show how to do things (turning on water and locking the door for example). The campground was very quiet when we went. A lot of middle-aged to older people when we saw people. I was excited to see some kids at the pool one day and my little girl played with them. The hot tub was nice. Loved the fire pit and outdoor room though we never used it on our stay. Not gonna call these cons but points of consideration: (this was our first experience *camping* so they may be normal to experienced campers)1 You will hit your toe every time on the step up on the slides. We finally put the rugs over them so at least we weren't getting a scrape when we stepped on them2 The bedroom can be stuffy. We are fan people so we bought our portable ones so we were fine but we would not have been if we hadn't had those (there was one they provided)3 if you have a gps it may confuse you. Go through the gate and its the first one on the left.

There are two fans and an upright supplemental a/c unit in the bedroom.
It is always a nice time to be in Georgia. The coolness of the brisk air, seeing long time friends is a pleasure. This time it was great being able to try something new in an TV camper. Greg, was a joy to talk with during the week and recommended several things to do. My career is very busy to say the least! He allowed me the chance to be at ease and I almost was able to bring his camper home with me! Maybe next time! A true delight to make a new friend and to see home once more!!
This was a great place to stay! Very clean and well maintained! Great communication with owner and it made our time in the area very pleasant! I would definitely book this propert again!
This was our family's first experience with camping. We had a great time. This property exceeded our expectations. We would love to visit it again one day.
The accommodations were beautiful. The campground was so easy to find.
Making the reservation was so easy to do. Greg always answered my questions within minutes. We could not have been more pleased with this vacation rental!
We had a wonderful time!! I loved that it had everything we needed and more there!! Greg was wonderful and a pleasure to rent from . We most definitely will be back!!
We had a wonderful time staying at this location. The camper and lot were very clean and well maintained. The campground location seemed to be 15 minutes from everything we did or needed. The property manager was very helpful and responded quickly to the few questions we had.
Really enjoyed our time and Greg was a great host! He was quick to respond to all of my questions and kept in contact as we prepared for the trip and throughout. Greg went above and beyond to make sure we were comfortable, even on Thanksgiving!
This property was perfect for our trip and we have already decided to book again in the future. The layout of the property and the location were great! Super enjoyed the vacation and the owner was an absolute pleasure to work with.
Great working with Greg..Perfect place to stay and enjoy the North Georgia mountains. Peaceful, quiet and all around real nice place. Highly recommend.
We really enjoyed our 4 night stay at this charming fifth wheel. We have family a couple of miles away and spent most of our time there so we didn't use the hot tube, screen room or fire pit, but they are all available and we could tell they were well taken care of. The shower was spacious and the lighting over the mirror was good for my wife to put on her makeup. The camper was very clean.
It was a very convenient location to come & go.
There was enough room for or luggage in the bedroom area. Overall I would grade this place an A.
