Kitchen

Fully stocked. Induction stove with 5 burners, single oven, dishwasher, full-size fridge, freezer, microwave, blender, toaster, hot water kettle. Drip coffee maker and Keurig. All pots, pans, dishes, and silverware included.



Game Room

Head downstairs to the basement bar and lounge. Kick back on the sectional, grab a drink, and get competitive. Foosball, Connect 4, Jenga, board games, and a large smart TV. A great spot to end the night.

Outdoors

Sip your morning coffee on the deck and watch the group battle it out on the pickleball court. A step-free path wraps from the driveway all the way to the boat dock, no stairs required. The sandy beach, private dock, fire pit, grill, and outdoor dining area are all steps away and ready for long days outside on the lake.



GOOD TO KNOW

While this is a multi-level home, a step-free walkway runs from the driveway to the rear of the home with walk-in basement access, two bedrooms and a full bathroom are on that level. There is also step free access clear down to the dock.



8 secure driveway parking spaces — no street parking needed. An additional parking spot is located next to the pickleball court to allow for plenty of parking for the group.



Pack 'n play (sheets not provided), high chair, and 2 installed baby safety gates at staircases always on site.



No pets

No smoking or vaping inside. Smoking only permitted in designated outdoor smoking area.

No parties or events beyond registered guests (a $500 fee is applied for every unauthorized guest onsite)

Renter and all adult occupants must be at least 25 years of age unless pre-approved in advance.

Exterior cameras with audio and video capability are located on each side of the home.
