Sehr zufrieden

Es war alles perfekt. Außer das die Parkmöglichkeit hinter dem Haus für unser Auto sehr sehr eng war. Wir haben dann eine Parkmöglichkeit im Parkhaus bekommen. Sehr sehr nett. Nur das wir gerne Strandssachen sowie Bollerwagen gerne im Auto lassen. Dieses mussten wir jetzt jeden Tag öfter bis ganz oben tragen was etwas anstrengend war, da es leider keinen Aufzug gibt. Aber sonst war alles perfekt.

Wunderschöner Urlaub

Eine sehr schöne und sehr angenehme Ferienwohnung. Wir haben uns sehr wohl gefühlt, wie zu Hause. Absolut empfehlenswert.

Nette Fewo mit kleinen Mängeln in hervorragender Lage

Wir haben die Fewo ausschließlich wegen der Lage und dem Badehaus gemietet. Die Ausstattung war recht nett, wenn auch etwas in die Jahre gekommen (was für uns aber ok war). Die Küche machte allerdings den Eindruck, das sie fast auseinander fällt. Für uns hat sie aber ihren Zweck erfüllt. Das Badezimmer müsste unbedingt renoviert werden. Duschen, ohne das Bad unter Wasser zu setzen ist fast nicht möglich ( wir haben deshalb nur im Badehaus geduscht). Hinzu kommt der sehr hohe Einstieg, was für ältere Mieter sicher ein Problem ist. Den Balkon in der 3ten Etage, über dem Treiben auf der Strandstr. haben wir bei herrlichen Sonnenuntergang häufig genutzt und genossen. Auf der Dachterrasse war es mangels Schatten leider nicht möglich. PS: nicht so viel Gepäck mitnehmen, es gibt keinen Fahrstuhl
