Für unsere Zwecke war die Wohnung optimal. Die Wohnung ist sehr schön geschnitten und modern aber liebevoll eingerichtet. Wir waren sehr zufrieden und kommen bestimmt wieder. Danke!

Sehr schöner Familienurlaub

Die Wohnung ist perfekt für einen Urlaub in Binz ausgestattet. Es ist alles da was man braucht. Top ist die Waschmaschine. Auf den Balkon lässt es sich gut aushalten und der Strandkorb gibt einen schon Lust auf den Strand. Die Betten sind bequem. Leider passten unsere Bettlaken nicht die wir mitgenommen hatten weil es eine große Matratze je Bett war und keine getrennten Matratzen. Aber wir hatten Glück und bekamen Ersatz. Dankeschön. Wohnung war sauber. Jedoch in manchen Ecken war schon lange nicht mehr geputzt worden. Von der Wohnung aus kann man alles zu Fuß erkunden und ist in 20 min am Strand. Es gibt alles in der Umgebung, Bäcker, Supermarkt und viele Restaurants. Es war nicht unser letzter Urlaub an der Ostsee!

Unkompliziert, sauber, modern eingerichtet,

Wir waren mit zwei Erwachsenen und 2 Kindern und einem Hund vor Ort. Die Lage der Ferienwohnung ist klasse. Nur ein paar Gehminuten bis zur Seebrücke. Supermarkt und Bäcker sind in unmittelbarer Nähe. Teilweise haben die Geschäfte auch Sonntagsöffnung. Die Wohnung ist modern und gemütlich eingerichtet. Die Räume sind angenehm groß. Es hat an nichts gefehlt. Highlight ist der große Balkon mit Strandkorb. Im Sommer bestimmt sehr schön zum entspannen. Die Kommunikation mit dem Eigentümer war sehr angenehm und auch unkompliziert. Nummerierte Parkplätze befinden sich hinter der Villa. Einen Aufzug habe ich nicht gesehen. Unsere Wohnung war nur über die Treppe erreichbar. Die Villa liegt an der Hauptverkehrsstraße. Abends ist da aber sehr wenig Verkehr. Und hat es somit beim Schlafen nicht gestört. Wir würden jederzeit wiederkommen.
