With three cozy bedrooms featuring five queen beds, a twin bed, and a queen sized sleeper sofa- up to 13 Guests will find plenty of space to relax. Two bathrooms offer both a bathtub and a shower, making it easy to refresh after a day of exploring. The welcoming living areas provide a nice spot to unwind, whether you’re enjoying a quiet evening or gathering with friends. This house combines comfort and convenience in a way that feels just right. Located near all of the areas best places to explore, including the Mall of America, you'll find the only thing missing is YOU! The host requires you to complete the following before checking out:
Load and start the dishwasher
Strip any used beds and gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
1. Gather Used Towels: Put all used towels, dish, & wash cloths in tubs/showers. 2. Clean Used Dishes: All used pots, pans, dishes, and silverware. Put all kitchenware back in the original locations.
3. Throw Trash Away: Please close-tie all trash bags and place them in the trash can under the wood shed between the house and garage. 4. Strip all *used* beds. Leave *un-used* beds alone.
5. Turn Things Off: Please make sure all the lights are off. Put the heat to 60 in the winter and turn the A/C off. 6. Lock Up: Lock the front door, back patio door, and all windows.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
