I want to say that you are one of the most Hands-On rental owner we had vrbo so I want to thank you for everything. One of the air condition units went out and once we communicated Rico. He did an awesome job in communicating making sure the maintenance guy came. He even came by himself see that what, if anything he could help with and accommodate for. The whole apartment was very clean. The kitchen, the bathroom, the bedroom furnished and comfortable. The bedroom stayed nice and cool and the mattress was very soft and comfortable.
