Gather used towels
Remove personal items, remove leftover food and drinks and take out the rubbish
Turn off the lights and lock the doors
Lock up the front door. Close and turn door nob of the door from house to backyard. Close balcony door Close all the windows Bring trashes to the outside garbage bin.
Turn off all the lights in the house, TV, projector Turn off all the water in all bathrooms, kitchen, backyard, front yard. For firepit , knock the ashes into the pit, place any unburned logs neatly.
Please load the used dishes, pots, and silverware into the dishwasher and start it before checkout (detergent pods are under the sink). Gather all used towels in bathtubs.
Failure to complete these may result in a negative review from the host.
Shoes off — This is a shoe-free home. Please use the shoe rack at the entrance. Maximum occupancy is the number of guests confirmed in your booking.
Safety: No candles or fireworks are allowed Fireplace: The indoor fireplace is not operational and unsafe to use. A $500 fee will be charged if used.
No smoking, vaping, or pets allowed anywhere on the property (inside or outside). Violators will be asked to leave and charged $200 per day.
