On the second floor, you’ll find an entrance hall with a fireplace, a living room, kitchen, full bathroom, and a bedroom. The third floor has a bedroom with an en-suite bathroom. On the fourth floor, there’s another bedroom with its own bathroom.



The property offers two bedrooms with en-suite showers and an additional full bathroom.



The house features central gas heating. The first gas bottle is provided; further bottles are available for an extra fee. Charging electric cars or motorhomes is not allowed. Parties are not permitted. Please inform the host in advance if you wish to bring pets. Pets are allowed on request and subject to an extra fee. The water is not recommended for direct consumption. The house is in a rural area, so typical countryside smells and sounds may occur. There are many steps and spiral staircases, making it unsuitable for guests with reduced mobility. The pool is open year-round.
